When I go to this Wendy's during the day, I usually have no issues. But the last couple of times I've gone at night, I've had very unpleasant experiences. There is a woman there who I've only seen at the drive through late at night who is consistently rude. The first interaction I had with her she was rude for no apparent reason. When I got to the window she hands me two small drinks without even looking at me and they were wrong. When I tried to get her attention and explain to her that she gave me the wrong drinks she just gave more attitude. On a different occasion with the same woman after ordering my food and getting home to find out that the coke I ordered was completely watered down, I decided to go back. I went straight to the window because my gut told me not to try and explain anything through the speaker. I wanted to watch them fill my drink. Of course she immediately gives me attitude and asks me if I want another drink. I told her yes I wanted to know if they fixed the coke and as she's filling a cup I can see that it's mostly water. I tell her that she needs to taste it for herself because they should not be serving that to people. I ended up ordering orange soda but that also looked watered down. She then walks away from the drive through window, comes back a few moments later with a cup and hands it to me telling me she got it from the other drink machine. I was very hesitant to take it not knowing what she could have done to it just from how rude she had been. I have learned that it is not a good idea to go to this particular Wendy's after a certain time, and that is very disappointing to me because I expect to receive the same service I get from the time you open until the time you close, especially since you expect me to pay the same exact...
Read moreWorst customer service ever. Ordered on Dec.26, sometime after 9pm. I found Staff Lakyna to be rude with poor customer service. While taking my order, she was multi-tasking and keeps saying ‘I hear you, just say your order’ but keeps doing other things and a few times walks away to ‘check’ on other things and naturally I paused ordering when she did that. It is of no surprise that my orders were not accurately taken (2 orders of 10pc nuggets were listed as one) and she had the audacity to be upset with the customer when I failed to say ‘combo’. The supervisor had to come fix and take my orders instead. She may be tired and at the end of her shift but she is customer facing. But the rudest part of the service was that, because she was upset, she basically ignored my order after I paid. So I waited and waited and waited as she attended to other customers who came after me. Another staff who may be new or a trainee, approached to ask about the status of my order as I had been waiting for some time and they were now about to close. Finally was able to get my orders. I do hope Wendy’s management does a better job in training their staff to be courteous and truly be...
Read moreThe woman working the drive though needs to swapped to another position. I don't have very high standards for drive through experiences, but what I do expect is some basic levels of normal human interaction and competency. I think its pretty reasonable to say please and thank you when interacting with anyone and to at least look at them when you hand and receive things. I think its also expected to have your ordered taken correctly and issued correctly. If an order was wrong, the task then would be to apologize for the mistake and fix it without glaring at the customer in complete silence at the audacity that they want what they ordered. To the woman directly, I get it that you hate your job, but maybe treat people around you with more reapect, especially if they have done nothing to disrespect you. If you don't want to interact with people, maybe you should work somewhere that doesn't require...
