Great location, great potential but remains under utilized. The employee culture is poor and he processes could use a gutting followed by a brand new installation of functional efficient systems. It took me 35 minutes after I ordered my 4 chicken nuggets and fries to have them in my hands. For majority of the customers infront of me, they had gotten to the point where they couldn't complain anymore so they had given up.
To me this type of situation is a reflection of the leadership, a sign of poor HR standards and a severely underpaid management team. There is no pride, no sense of ownership and a lot of frustration just oozing out of this newly renovated location.
I have never worked in a fast food restaurant before so you can't refer to me as some kind of expert but demeanor never lies, these employees are hurting. It's clear that their opinion is not valid. The grapevine has it that several local Wendy's are staffed by the same families. If that's not nepotism😯
Bottom line, the location is a reflection of deeply engraved cultural issues that could use an overhaul. It's not a simple process but would reflect in a change in revenues is customers didn't have to walk into an emotional battle field everytime they had a craving for some fries.
SUGGESTION: Just copy and paste "chic fil a" I think that's what it's called, I deliberately try to forget these...

A Frostychino MAY BE chocolate or vanilla. However, A Frostychino is NEITHER a Capachino-laced chocolate Frosty NOR a Capachino-laced vanilla Frosty. A Frostychino is an ICED drink. A Frosty is a very well-known signature FROZEN drink. So... be careful not to order like "a vanilla Frosty and a chocolate Frosty and another two Frostys one vanilla. So, that's two chocolate and two vanilla and two that are Frostychino and two that are Frostys.". Or, everyone involved may not know what you did? It makes a lot of confused people on both sides before you go to collect the results even more when maybe the Frosty order or the Frostychino order has one more than the other. Like "three Frostys and two Frostychino with a vanilla of both and three chocolate.". Or calculations turned to cups may not match what you said at the speaker. Then one of the Frostys you may want a regular and that's a vanilla one in your mind... Well good luck with that. Just saying.

Meanwhile inside of the building the employees are playing, showing their body parts to each other through a window that myself AND MY CHILD can see the young man’s butt pressed up against the window!! They were using profanity loudly and without regard for their customers. I don’t get offended easily but this is the most disgusting display I have ever seen in a food service building.
