We love Wendy's and get door dash here often. Two nights in a row they messed up our order. I always have to have a plain burger. Bun and burger only. No cheese, no ketchup, plain. First, night I even called them to make sure it was made right, since they have a history of messing my order up. I was shocked they answered the phone. This location NEVER answers. Get our food, and my plain hamburger had cheese. Smh. I will say the lady on phone I spoke to from Wendy's app was amazing and refunded the whole order. Which she didn't have to do. So props to their customer service through app. Used that refund to order again the next night... Same burger, tried calling to confirm they saw it was to be plain. Called like 5 times and it rings and then hangs up. I was desperate for a plain one, and even texted the door dasher to please make sure the burger was plain. When he delivered he told them it was wrong, and they made another and threw in the bag. I thought how nice that was of him. The first burger and the remake were exactly the same. Had ketchup on them. And all the fries had salt, I asked for none. I hate leaving bad reviews, but step it up Wendy's on 610. A lot of people use you and a lot more probably would if you just read the order. I'm glad I never eat in after reading reviews. One last thing.. if earned an offer from points, you should still be able to use another coupon on app. That's annoying. Anyway, I'm sure I'll try again. Just...
Read moreJust ridiculous the endless stuff at this store!!!! From consistent wrong orders, fixing these orders with no gloves or hair nets, not too mention clear visible skin rashes or bed bug bites and the arms of these employees and managers eating fries out of customers bags and the fry pan with no gloves like it’s ok witnessed by my daughter and I and now the pointless QR scan for rewards on your app not being honored because I didn’t explain what the QR scan code was for for them to manually put it in explained to my after I made my purchase which now I have to wait 2-3 business days to be refunded to my account. The pictures below is the gentleman with the rash or bites on his arm all up and down his arm and the African American with glasses and short Afro cut woman thats a manager (standing with her back turned) who likes to eat fries from customers bags and the fry pan which was the food of customers I door dashed to. Also pictures of my purchase tonight which is the same woman who messed up my baconator order a few weeks ago only to get home and learn I was given a disgusting mushroom burger. TRUST ME THIS IS MY LAST TIME COMING THERE AND I HOPE THISE READING THIS MAKE THE SAME DECISION. I shouldn’t have waited this long but I like Wendy’s and don’t want to drive to rt. 3 to get it and hey I try to give yall a chance but you all fail...
Read moreThis Wendy's closed for a while to remodel. A few months ago, they had a grand opening and the first 100 customers were given a card that is good for one year to get a free entree for a specific sandwich with purchase. The managers/owners are not honoring what is actually written on this card because they require you to redeem it on Mondays only. That is not what the card States. In addition, most of their staff is new and although I know they are trying really hard, the drive-thru is extremely slow and the lobby hours have been shortened due to covid. For those individuals that received the card during the grand opening, they typically show up throughout the day on Monday and traffic backs up onto route 610. If the owners / managers were smart, they would allow those 100 customers that stood outside for hours for their grand opening to redeem that card any day of the week as it states. If they did this, they would actually make more money instead of people pulling out of the drive-thru because it's so backed up. If you want to avoid sitting in line I'm getting frustrated, don't show up on a Monday for the next year unless of course you are one of the 100 trying to redeem that card. Hey managers, you really need to do a better job getting people in and out in a timely manner given that this is called a fast...
