Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

Worst wendys ive ever been to. ice machine was broken. I was pouring root beer and i somehow used all the root beer left without filling my cup. Food took FOREVER to cook. After we sat down the cashier had to go take a dump or something and everyone was just sitting in line awkwardly waiting for her to come back. She then later just placed our food on the counter and some guy went up grabbed our food, poked it, then realized it wasnt his and put it back. Food was cold, french frys were raw, burgers were nasty, and lettuce was stale and soggy. We barely ate our food and and just placed our food next to the overstuffed non taken out garbage can. The workers were not working at all and having vulgar conversations and insulting their own store infront of customers. The 3 workers out were one guy sitting at a table on his phone, another guy eating with his friends, and one guy just standing around. One of the workers said "damn this place has horrible customer sevice" we walked out disgusted and planning to NEVER visit again and i advise you never visit this place unless you want...

This wendys is horrible. Cashier rude old lady I'm ordering and she stops in the middle of my order and answers a txt message....what... really is this happening it was like I didn't even exist in ordering or being in front of her at that moment. This is attitude central there are never ever any clean tables. Dirty establishment looks closed and takes super long to get food even if there is a couple customers. Most people who go in are on lunch break and have a limited amount of time these ppl could care less that you are patronizing there establishment.. went again yesterday and this will be the last time I go here the lady who gave food to the customer in front of us had zero expression looked like she was high as a kite on something.. I will never ever eat here again as that made me very uncomfortable eating here.. I ended up going else where and get better service.. these ppl need some serious customer service training or is this the reject employee wendys where they didn't fit else where so we will stick them here?? I have been to this location before and when I had an issue in the past with the app not working the male manager working at the time was awesome and resolved the issue immediately. However, this past week purchased a chicken sandwich from this location and unfortunately there were multiple very tiny green bugs all over the tomato slice. I just looked them up and the bugs are called aphids. Discovered this after I took 2-3 bites of the sandwich and they were all over the tomato slice on both sides of it. After more inspection there was a dead ant on the chicken breast breading as well. I am posting this in hopes Wendy's Corp takes this serious and review what is going on with this location and not just brush it off and possibly need to inspect the quality of their tomatoes in general for all locations as from looking up these bugs they infest tomatoes. I did not call back to the store as 1) don't want a replacement sandwich, 2)worried it would be brushed off the seriousness of this 3) it was a part of a 2 for $6 deal and could care less about...
