I've been so unhappy with my recent experience, with Chic Filet that I have sworn them off totally. I've never been a fan of the franchise anyway, and feel the food is overrated. I just visited this Chic Filet because we were starving, and they had a soup I had been wanting to try for a while (I love soup all year round, and it looked good in the video. I don't understand the obsession with Chic Filet but suffice to say that I was very disappointed with the food, service, and overall experience. It's just chicken peoples! Not only that, but I've been to a variety of fast-food chains that are not considered the quality allegedly provided by Chic Filet (Isn't Chicken your forte?) and found the chicken, and food to be better. I have never had anything but great things to say about Wendy's, and feel people sleep on that chain. Another thing that frustrated me was the lack of knowledge displayed by the staff. The food here was awful, the service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff was uninformed about the menu and ingredients. I asked the order taker if this was the soup with tortillas, and she couldn't even tell me if the soup contained chicken. When I asked our order taker which soup contained tortilla chips, she was clueless. She couldn't even tell me what was in the soup. This lack of knowledge was very frustrating and made me feel even more disappointed with the restaurant. I like to feel like I'm in good hands when I'm eating out, so this was a huge turnoff. It felt like the staff was not familiar with the menu or didn't care enough to learn it. Again, this lack of knowledge just added to the terrible experience. So why don't your employees know the products of the business that pays them? You ask?? I do too!! For the love of chickens!! How difficult is it to know what's in the soup without me having to Google it. Lawd Help Us!! To make matters worse, both I and one of my @we_hungryaf buddies got a stomachache from the chicken nuggets. She reported it on their website, and no one has responded. I don't know, but I'd say the franchise has deteriorated. I've written reviews for bad experiences before, but this was by far one of the worst foodies experiences I've ever had (anytime I get sick, they rank at the bottom). In writing this review, I hope to prevent others from going through the same negative experience I did.
Don't Take It from Me!! You are at your own risk...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDropped into this location for a to-go order and walked out with a full-course service experience. Letās get the critiques out of the fryer first: parking and drive-thru logistics could use a re-engineer (says me, whoās never engineered one), and the interior? Slightly dated, but still walking tall with the signature feel.
Now letās talk people. Mario took my order and lived the Chick-fil-A valuesā¦friendly, present, and genuinely locked in. But the MVP? Emily. Front counter magician. I watched her seamlessly float between tasks and not miss a beat. She wasnāt just taking orders, she was reading people. She asked someone if they wanted a refill on iceā¦on ice! Thatās detail, thatās intuition, thatās elite-level service IQ. Calm under pressure.
The food? Chick-fil-A stays undefeated in flavor and freshness. Bag was clean, napkins includedāseems small but it matters. Dining area vibe? Comfortable temp, minimal fry/oil scent from the kitchen, and staff presence without being overbearing.
This location sits in a high-foot-traffic zone and itās obviousā¦itās humming. That said, the mobile to-go order line could be tightened up just a hair. I feel for those food delivery drivers waiting for their order ā¦seems like some were there for over 10 minutes. Again, just one friendly patronās perspective.)
All in all: this is where high-functioning service meets chicken excellence. Chick-fil-A, keep pumping. Mario and Emily, keep...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell where do I startā¦. First we innocently drove up to the drive through. My friend is secretly allergic to gluten and so of course we asked for a grilled sandwich with a gluten free bun and NO tomato. When we pulled up to the window and got our food we just had a feeling. We looked in the bag and there was no gluten free bun and there was a regular grilled sandwich with tomatoes on it⦠š. Anyway we told the guy and he gave us the bag we looked and after we had already explained not to give us just a bun he had given us JUST A BUN. So at that point I had already driven away. So I had to go park and walk out in the rain into the store and ask for the grilled sandwich with nothing on it but lettuce. After waiting forever for that we left and finally drove away and parked to eat. I went to grab my regular fried chicken sandwich and to my surprise I pulled outā¦. nuggetsā¦ā¦. I then had to eat the grilled sandwich and not to mention they also did not give any of the sauce that we asked for. We went to grab our drinks and instead of a large water they gave us a medium. This is outrageous. And the topper on the cake was when my friend went to grab her fries and they were so overfilled and the box was folded weird that they spilled all over the entire car. This was the worst chick fil a experience that I have ever had I do not recommend that you ever go to this...
