I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at EggMania, and it was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance seemed promising, but little did we know that it was a facade for the disaster that awaited us.
To start, the service was lackluster at best. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, as if they were doing us a favor by taking our orders. It took an eternity for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was clear that quality was not a priority in their kitchen.
I ordered the Egg Ghotala & Ande KaFunda, and it was a complete disappointment. The presentation was sloppy, resembling something hastily thrown together in a rush. The flavors were a confusing mishmash of blandness and over-seasoning, leaving me questioning the chef's understanding of basic culinary principles. The ingredients seemed subpar and lacked freshness, making me wonder if they had been sitting in the kitchen for far too long.
The portions were miserably small, leaving me hungry and unsatisfied even after spending a significant amount of money. I could barely distinguish between the different components on my plate, as everything seemed to blend into a tasteless mess.
To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant for the dismal quality of food provided. I've had better meals at fast-food joints for a fraction of the cost. It's clear that EggMania is more interested in ripping off its customers than delivering a satisfying dining experience.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your time, money, and taste buds by steering clear of this culinary disaster. There are far better dining options available that actually value their customers and take pride in serving quality food.
Last but not the least, the owners do not care...

I have never been to an Indian restaurant that used western cheese. Completely unexpected. The restaurant's reply makes it sound like bad-tasting food was my fault.
I ordered the Tawa Butter Chicken. Door Dash asked whether I wanted oil, butter, or olive oil. ??!!?? None of the above was not a choice. I picked oil. The dish arrived with a very thick layer of oil on top. I skimmed off as much as I could. I am 62 years old, and I have never been served a curry with oil that separated out of it. I don't mind that it was cooked in oil, but it should not separate out. It was like eating the greasiest pepperoni pizza ever. Otherwise, the flavor was just OK. In addition to the oil, it was drowning in garlic.
The second dish I ordered was Cheese Paneer Masala. In Indian restaurants, paneer is often referred to as cheese, so I was expecting paneer. I was not expecting the dish to be larded with melted, western-style cheese. It smelled just wrong, and tasted awful. I will eat almost anything, but I couldn't get past one bite of this. I ate one piece of the paneer, and the texture was just wrong, too. Not like any paneer I've ever eaten. Yuck. I love just about any kind of cheese, even a lot of ones that most people don't like. But the combination of curry and Western cheese tasted...
