Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

While shopping at Walmart in Lebanon Va I met a beautiful black lady who had a personality to match during an action packed scene of the games ppl have been playing. It was in the long aisle in back of store that I passed her & caught her off guard by posing the question "Do you know me?" immediately agter making eye contact. (he was playing I was the audience at the time.) "I dont know" she giggled in surprise & in an uncertain tone. We held face grinning ear to ear so I said "All us walmart shoppers starting to look alike anyhow & it's getting harder to tell us apart with everybody looking like everybody else" lol 😆. The ladies name was MJ & we kept moving. 10 mins later she came to the other side to where i had progressed & she said " Youre friendly ppl & Ill talk to you anytime so we exchanged numbers. A coupke of days later we were speaking on the phone during routine travel & I had just said that " yea ya can't go beyond or above God when He is calling & immediately, as I rounded a stiff curve when unashamed & unintimidated there suddenly appeared a huge pyramid shaped blockade of heavy duty guardrail & several concrete piers that said Road Closed right in the middle of main highway in or near Bluefield WV. I told her of the vehicle stopping incident but she wasn't very surprised like she had witnessed the whole thing & I was just confirming for her what she already knew. We were abruptly disconnected & due to a warranty issue I now have a replacement phone that has no way to contact MJ neither is she in my contacts im sorry to say. I'd love to talk to her again. The road block was built in the middle of the road leaving little to less reaction time & sets the standard concerning full access & impeccable timing & is definately a true friend towards the show & fits perfectly in line with the place having my train of thought. Just spoke to LeeAnn who said that she could not hear and therefore could not take an order for a service working for all of the hotel chains to determine which provide good service during peak hours, non-peak hours and with customers who may have a different accent or an urban temperament. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to workers in the area who know the people having been there everyday. Maybe they even went to the same high schools or grew up together. This area is a rural city that is experiencing tremendous growth. I did meet a man who was half Spanish that is staying in a hotel. In the end, the phones are not working, the trainee is learning during rush hour, the server is FANTASTIC and the trainer will lash out and call police if she does not like the customer. We just sent another employee from the area from Martha Washington Inn and another hotel who said phones do not work and systems do not work. The heat is maybe exhausting everyone. On another note, McDonald's in WalMart is staffed by locals and is a delight. They even come to the table to see if you need anything. Choose wisely...

I have never had an issue with this Wendy's at all. They have always given me a free cup for water when I come in without charge and the customer service has been exceptional. I come in there a lot and use the wifi to play on my Nintendo Switch and there has been no issue with management looking at me as if I'm "loitering" because of this.

The other night I received exceptional service from a guy named Zack, I believe. The crew that was working there's names were Kayla, Janie, and Jarron as I asked them specifically so I could review them on Google and also take one of their surveys and put in a good word for them. They were all really cool and I enjoyed a mushroom and swiss burger as well as a baked potato and both of those two items were probably the best I have ever had in my life.

The store is always clean, the staff is nice.... I don't see why this isn't a 5 star reviewed restaurant either because I have been in there at all times of the day and have received exceptional customer service.
