Had no idea this place existed until we were looking for places to eat while in Bristol. Came in town town for a show at the casino and came across this place right across the street. I remember going to the one in the Fort Henry mall and eating that pepperoni and mushroom pizza brought back memories. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the whole onion slices on the pizza. Diced always seems to taste better. But overall the garlic cheese sticks were delicious and the pizza was great. Spoke to the manager who said they opened in July/August of last year and she was brought up to manage it from the one at the mall. Definitely can tell they do alot of call in orders as probably 5-6 people came in for to-go orders as were were dining inside. Keep up the great work!

This is like going back in time for me. Italian Village was the place in the Bristol Mall to meet with friends, have a first date, and hang out. The food is exactly the same, and that’s a good thing! I’d love to see them work to get the old atmosphere back, but I guess we can’t have everything. The Italian sausage pizza is the best I’ve had anywhere. The cheesesteak is the standard that I use to measure every other cheesesteak. They have specials to make you feel like you’re getting a deal. I love Italian Village. Please give me a reaction if you read this. Thanks!

I was so excited to try the Italian Village in Bristol, VA since they decided to reopen here in Bristol. I ordered a large 1/2 Cheese and 1/2 pepperoni pizza. They quoted me about 45 minutes and they did have it ready on time. I ordered by phone and they were very nice. The atmosphere was a new building and very clean. The pizza was the disappointment. It looked terrific on the outside, but it was chewy, doughy, and way undercooked. We tried to reheat it to no avail on correcting the doughy bread. I am giving it a 1 star. The taste was not what I remembered and that could have been due to the rawness of the pizza pie. Would I try it again? Probably not, I will choose a...
