Had to go thru the drive thru as the lobby was closed ( it was only 7pm). I purchased a small chili, which was delicious as always. A little later (almost closing time), I realized I didnt have my debit card, and thought maybe I had not been given my card back. I called the store, gave them my name and was super relieved when I was told they had it and headed there to retrieve it. When I got there the very nice young gentleman working the drive thru remembered me and gave me back my card, as he handed it to me a woman (who apparently was the manager) walked up to him and in front of all the other employees and me raised her voice and began belittling him saying... NO YOU ARE NOT THE MANAGER, I AM THE MANAGER HERE AND YOU ARE NOT TO GIVE THE CARD BACK THATS MY JOB and then rudely asked me to show ID to prove I was the owner of said card. I had NO problem showing my ID BUT WAS EXTREMELY TAKEN BACK by her anger and horrible attitude!! I felt uncomfortable and terrible for him bc it looked like he may still have been in training for the job! It was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to speak to him in that manner and in front of all the employees there and a patron of the store!!! I was shocked and felt terrible and embarrassed for him. That woman has NO BUSINESS being a manager anywhere with that kind of bad attitude and unprofessional conduct. She could have spoken to him in private after I had left. He was only trying to do his job and if I were him I wouldn't want to continue to work there. I won't be returning there anytime soon, under her those employees probably dread going to work and im sure it's an unhealthy work environment all around. I only wish I had gotten her name so I could have complained to someone above her. I hope the young man working that night did not get in trouble and if I were him I would be looking for another job with a better supervisor!!! She should be...
Read moreMy husband stopped here tonight to pickup my mobile order when he got off of work. I am 6 months pregnant and was craving Wendy’s. When he got there the employee let him know it would be about 30-45 minutes as someone ordered $130 in food so he left the line and told me to cancel the order. I couldn’t cancel it because it had already been processed so he went inside to ask for a refund. The employees were overwhelmed and the manager said she couldn’t refund it because it’s a mobile order. I tried to call and have it refunded but was given the run around. I called back up there and headed up there because I wanted to see if I could still pickup my order. The manager was so so nice she asked how long it would take me and that she would make sure my food was ready for me when I got there. When I got there about an hour later, they were still dealing with that same order and the customer was so rude to the employees. I felt so bad for them because they were doing there best and being very nice. Long story short, they had my food hot and ready for me and the general manager went out of her way for me, aside from the situation. She apologized for everything, even though she did not have to apologize to me for anything. I was so pleased with my service. I hope she gets recognized because she and the staff handled that very overwhelming situation with that big order and being...
Read moreI went here after a long day of running for groceries all over town. My order was simple, a large meal and some nuggets. The man was polite at the speaker but when I came around and told him the meal was large again he didn't say anything but just turned around and made the drink. Okay. He handed the food and drink out. I told him I said the meal was large and wanted the large fry. He sighs and said I'd 'still have to pay.' Well yeah, food isn't free. I asked him how much it was to pay him and he said he couldn't give me an exact amount. Okay? I asked him how I was supposed to pay him if he couldn't give me a number and asked for an estimate. He walked away from the window and came back with a large fry and said, "Give me the small fry back." Okay, that's understandable. When I was handing it back to him, he snatched it and made fries fall back into my car. He then said, "Next time you order, you need to speak up. No one heard you." Before I could finish telling him that I reminded him at the window, and that he didn't ask for a size so he had to have heard it, he turned around, shut, and locked the window on me mid sentence. I will no longer be wasting my money here. It was too much of a hassle...
