Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

This Wendy's is extremely is very clean both inside and out also the workers seem to be very friendly and are always willing to answer any questions and or resolve any problems with orders that may have accidentally occurred... I always look forward to paying them a visit and eating my fresh made meal that they prepare for me. Recently if they are busy and it seems to be taking more time than average, when I asked why it seemed to take a bit more time to receive my meal I was given the apologetic response that they were a bit understaffed at the moment, and are trying to hire more employees to best resolve these misfortunes in a professionally quick and timely manner. In my honest opinion due to the kind courteous caring and always professional attitude along with the cleanliness and delicious fresh meals I would absolutely recommend anyone in the area to give them a visit and I suggest ordering your meal inside and eating your meal in their dining room because everyone from the person on the register that takes your order and money to the person that is working on the grill preparing the meal you order fresh and everyone in between that makes the visit whIle there so enjoyable and ever more friendly. Not to mention they always have the lobby, bathrooms, and the area where you eat your meal at one of the most clean and well stocked Wendy's I have had the enjoyment...

Food was okay, they couldn't even make a double JBC bag right, they just took one of their double stack burgers and threw 1 piece of bacon on it, instead of making one with lettuce, Tom, and mayo, neither my husband or I care for the pickles and I hate raw onion, but by the time you figured it out it wasnt even worth fixing it bc we had been back to the counter twice already, we picked off what we didnt like but the taste still lingers on the burger, no bags for the kids meals so when it's time to go and you have some to take with you because kids usually end up taking some home, you just throw it away because two people in line are waiting for something that were already seated ready to eat, and theres a new line of new customers so it would take forever to get 2 bags you should've already had, you waited forever, had to repeat yourself numerous times, go back and ask for numerous things. The lobby and bathroom was well kept and very clean, and the staff was friendly and that's why I gave it 3...

Ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a small frosty. I was shocked at the price, $10.79 for that meal. The fries had been sitting around awhile. I hadn't been to Wendy's in a while, and I used to love their fries. The current offering is skinnier, and they're not fluffy inside anymore. The nuggets were so-so. They were hot and most were good. The last few were overcooked. As far as the frosty, it was fine, except for the fact there was no spoon or straw. I had driven away to get to an appointment, so I couldn't go back to get said spoon or straw. So I waited until it thawed a bit and drank it. All in all, I probably won't be returning to Wendy's again. For the prices, and what I got for it, I could have gone to a sit down place in the same vicinity, or hit a deli and got much more bang for my buck. It's too bad, because I've liked Wendy's over the years, great salads, baked potatoes and good burgers and chicken....
