Wow! How far they have fallen! Grafitti on the wall as you drive up greets you. The outside is littered with junk and food garbage from the homeless. Then you walk in and it smells musky, dank, and moldy. I got a waffle bowl and it was stale. Had a couple of scoops of ice cream, and it was a little on the warm side. Paid the price later. My toilet is throwing up the white flag. The staff was rude and condescending. Seemed like they were trying to start a fight with any patron who would bite. No longer a pleasant family environment. The other day I went in because I had a coupon for a good deal on two sundaes and figured why not haven’t been here since the new ownership takeover.

Walked in the place was very clean and inviting. I went ahead and ordered the two sundaes but to my disbelief the coupon didn’t work because we chose two different style sundaes. No biggie it wasn’t their fault something corporate should have clearly specified. Nonetheless the manager still offered me a 20% discount for our trouble and sent us on our way.

The area of establishment seems questionable. Really filthy outside the door, parking lot and exterior. Interior not as bad and clean enough. The server had a very dry personality, and didn't serve ice cream from my perception equally. As if he was disinterested in doing job. Or simply didn't care about customer service. There blackberry hibiscus ice cream was divine. However I personally would drive to the tulare outlets if I was to choose Baskin Robbins.
