Subway — Restaurant in Visalia

I had a really horrible experience at subway solely because my heart was broken and stepped on by an employee. I come here very often and go in one day to find my recent ex my daughter's mother working behind the counter it took everything inside me not to break down crying and then for her to act the way she did like I was the monster just because her co-workers were around and who knows what stories she has told we all know that love true love they're supposed to be be there through the thick and thin the good in the bad and I love you no matter what have your back but as soon as anything went wrong it was gone and then she won't even let me see my daughter threatens punishment if she calls or answer my calls to me that is a monster. Monster or not I will love you till the end of time I love you Melina Rojas you mean the world to me we sure to tell my daughter I love her...

The people working when I went were genuinely rude. Even going as far as rolling their eyes when I was adding topings to my sandwich.

Normally you wrap a sandwich before you cut it, so that the juices don't get everywhere and it keeps the sandwich together. The lady who helped me, cut the sandwich and when it fell apart she simply threw the fillings on top of the sandwich. She then proceeded to throw the sandwich in the bag onto the counter. I up the wrapping and the sandwich had exploded from when she threw it.

I normally don't leave feedback like this. If the service is bad, I usually cholk it up to them having a bad day, or I just never go back. However, this was a pretty terrible experience. How are you going to work at a sandwich shop, and not know how to...

We have been going to this store often on Saturdays. Have always been greeted and acknowledged. On Sunday 7/23/23, we went in and were not acknowledged, period. The lady at the register was having a problem with a refund and her coworker was not very forthcoming with info on how to correct. In fact, he was rude. When that issue was cleared, he helped the two guys who came in just before us. When he was done with them, he picked up online or phone in receipts and started to prepare those orders. We still had not been acknowledged by either employee or asked if we were ready to order. We decided to leave and go to A&W for a great hamburger and root beer and GREAT...
