I spend 800 on a lg fridge. Didnt have it long and it broke down. They keept comeing over to working on it and no luck. Eventualy switched it out for a similar fridge. Its been about a year and it broke down, on the second fridge from them. I payed for profesional company to come fix it. (Sears). Fridge wont hold temp. They opened it up, wrong compressor and damaged, wasnt new part for the unit, wires cut and jimmy riged all the way to the lectronic board. They sead it wasnt fixable. If he messed with the jimmry rig of wires he might blow the security board. Im out 800 and need to save money for a new fridge. I have bought a couple other items off them and every perches need them to come work on there stuff in a short amount of time. Dont waist your money go somewear else. LG Refrigerator- Side by side refrigerator, knock to see what’s inside panel with bottom freezer. Bought it about a year ago here for $900. It looked nice and the price wasn’t bad for that style. They delivered it and moved it inside. Once they left, I pushed into place plugged it in and started removing plastic protector film and all the thick tape. We bought a washer and dryer from Appliance Synergy and have had a horrible time with this set. We called and left numerous messages and it took 3 days to get a call back and the repair scheduled. When the repaur person came over he told us the washer wouldn't balance if the load wasn't large enough and did nothing. Same issue of course still happening and now when you call a message comes on that says "the voicemailbox has not been set up yet". How do you run a business like that? Very disappointed in...
