On Friday March 11, 2022, for lunch I went into the restaurant to order take out. We decided to eat at the restaurant instead. After I already ordered, I informed the girl we were going to eat at the restaurant instead. Another girl stepped in and told us we need to go sit down, and they will go to us to order. The first girl told her that I already paid. I need to sit down. It was obvious that I had limited physical movement due to medical device. I went to sit down at an empty table by the entry door. I was joined by my daughter and three year old grandson. The girl raised her voice at us from across the restaurant. We were told loudly we were not allowed to sit at the table because it was for four people. She proceeded to point at a table in front on the cashier for us to sit. It was so embarrassing that the few people that were there turned around and stared. No one else was told where to sit. We informed her it was okay, we will take the food to go. We sat at a chair with no table. A family came after us and was served and eating. Another woman ordered food for take out, sat down and received her food. Another gentleman came in and ordered. After approximately 40 minutes from the time I walked in the restaurant I walked up to the counter and asked for my order. She smiled and said "Oh I'm working on it now." We received our food and left. I ordered curry shrimp. I told the girl I didn't want it spicy at all. She stated don't worry it's not spicy at all, only by request. It was very spicy with four shrimps and alot of bamboo shoots. I ordered a side of rice because the curry doesn't come with rice. The rice was good. We will never go back. They way we were treated was very uncalled for. Her bad day should not be taken out...
Read moreWent here on a Tuesday evening during dinner time. The restaurant is located where Pho King used to be at. The place wasn't too packed.
I was there with a group of 4 people. We ordered Spring Rolls as appetizers. The rolls were a very good size. Probably the biggest ones I've seen in Visalia restaurants. For our main course, we ordered Combination Pad Se Ew (Pan-Fried Noodles), Combination Paneng Curry, Combination Pad Kra Pow Gai (Stir-Fry) and Chicken Pad Kra Pow (Rice plate) Everything was delicious! Good size plates, full of flavor and everything came out quickly.
Overall, the food was really delicious and our waitress was very nice and very attentive. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4 is ambience. They need to put some sort of background music to liven up the place a bit! Something minor that can be fixed. Otherwise, definitely come here for delicious...
Read moreWe've ordered takeout with zero complaints, food is prepared fresh and tastes great. However, dining-in is a completely different experience. Food and plating is fine. The staff is very kind and attentive. The issue was that our table was sticky and overall not very clean, we wiped it down ourselves. The seats were greasy and so was the high chair for our son. Floors were the same, which made you wonder how clean is the kitchen. They had the ceiling fans on with the front entrance door open, but it was hot inside and sticky and it made you feel swampy. I'll be sticking with takeout next time...
