Pho 3B & more — Restaurant in Visalia

My family ordered the House Special Pho and the “Hue Style” Pho. Both soup dishes tasted amazing. When you’re tasting both dishes it was obvious that the broth was allowed to simmer to get the rich flavor from the beef bones. The Hue style is typically difficult to find at a restaurant because it can be bland or there is too much msg, Pho 3b is the only place we have in Visalia that has pulled off the Hue style flavor perfectly. The portions were large, and well balanced. We also ordered a lemonade and passion fruit tea which tasted just as good as the food as they were well balanced by being as they were sweet but not overly sweet or syrupy like a lot of places can be. The restaurant was clean, relaxed, and offered a modern atmosphere. The customer service was also wonderful. The servers were very friendly and the staff made our son feel included during his time there. We have tried every pho place currently open in Visalia and I am happy to report that this will be our new go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese food. We are looking forward to being able to experience the rest of the menu that Pho 3B...
