Where is the beef. Could not believe the hamburger I got the other day. It was a double California something the two patties maybe made up one but still didn't fit the bun the lettuce had brown over most of it the tomatoes were stringy and awful. Enough to make me lose my appetite. I did take the sandwich back in and had it remade but even still that one was not much better... Very Disappointed is the quality of the food and the prices of the food... Beginning to wonder if it's even safe to eat out at fast food or even restaurants anymore... If they don't care what they are putting on your burger ( bad lettuce stringy tomatoes ect) are they washing their hands when done in restroom, are they wearing gloves when doing preo, are there rotation dates on their food and are they even rotating their food... This location had egar employees to say hello but when needing mayo or extra napkins forget it... What's the food...

PRICES HAVE GONE UP EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE BUT SERVICE AND QUALITY AROUND HERE IN T.C. HAS SHARPLY DECLINED AND NOT JUST THIS STORE, ALL OF THEM. PEACE OUT CJ, WON'T BE EATING THERE ANYMORE.

Ordered 2 hand breaded chicken sandwich medium combos, total of $34.and change. The patties couldn't even be seen until we took our bites. I showed and told cashier and cook that they look like you used chicken strips and it doesn't even look remotely close to what the menu shows. Cook came back at me with "I have no control over what chicken patties we use". (WOW, rude, not even an apology or if there was something else they could do)

No one else in restaurant and no one in drive thru.

Only reason came here was because the one on Ben Maddox disappointed us with a 20 minute wait time AND messed up our order 2wice over a week ago, so we tried again. Guess what,...

This is the 2nd time Ive been to this location since they remodeled it about a year ago. The service has always been top notch and never have any complaints. Most of the food today was actually pretty good, no complaints. I did happen to order some chicken nachos because they looked quite good on the menu. When they came out it looked like the guacamole had been yesterdays. Don't get me wrong fast food places will never make fresh guacamole, but only take out enough for that day. Let it look somewhat presentable! Otherwise it would have been a perfect 5 star rating for todays lunch visit...
