My experience with Mattress Firm was one of the best, if not the best, retail business I have ever had. When searching for a mattress store, I researched all of them in Visalia. Mattress Firm had the highest rating and the most favorable reviews by far. After my initial visit, I saw why, and I didn’t bother going anywhere else. I knew I had found the best place for me. The salesman who helped me, Freddie, was clearly knowledgeable, and he listened patiently to what I was looking for. He then directed me to several of their best sellers so I could try them out and compare. It was no contest as I quickly selected their top-of-the-line posturepedic mattress. Freddie helped set me up with all the necessary add-ons along with delivery, set-up and takeaway of my old bed (the only way to go). Freddie’s professionalism was top-notch along with the fact that he was friendly, personable, authentic and clearly sincerely cared about me, the customer. From the time I first walked in the doors of Mattress Firm until the delivery team hauled away my old bed, the entire process was as smooth as could be. Freddie was at the center of it all. Wonderful customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sue is an outstanding employee and has exceptional customer service! She helped me find my new bed which I was indecisive about considering my back issues. I knew I shouldn’t go cheap yet wanted to stay in budget. Not only did she educate me on what different types of mattress serve different needs she went out of her way to find me the best deal for the mattress I wanted and needed. She never tried to sell me anything that she knew I couldn’t afford. She served my needs and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bed and at the right price! They have really great deals and I really appreciate how detailed she was about how everything works down to their finance options. I couldn’t be happier with my bed and the price for mattress and adjustable platform; which is incredible for my back issues. My back is thanking you too Sue! Great service! My husband and I decided to go in and find out what type of mattress would be best for us. We had already been researching online for a couple of months online, but knew we needed to go in and lay on the different types of mattresses. JoJo helped us at this location, and she was great! She spent the time with us to help us find the best bed for us, was patient as we tried the different beds, had us try pillows with the beds we liked. At the end of the visit, we knew we would be back, and knew exactly what mattress and pillows we wanted. I kept track of sales on their website, and a sale popped up for 20% off. My husband and I went down to purchase everything. Adrian helped us this second time, and was extremely helpful. We got free delivery, and saved over $800 with their 20% off sale.
