I had a series of disappointing experiences at this establishment, but tonight’s incident has ensured I will never return. After paying a $20 entry fee for an “Electro Disco Night,” my friends and I were asked to leave the pool area by a security guard named Anthony. He informed us that the entire pool table area had been "bought out" for VIP use, and we were forced to leave before finishing our game.

I immediately requested to speak with a manager, and after discussing the situation with them, we were told we could continue playing. However, I asked for a refund due to the inconvenience. At this point, security guard Anthony, from a distance, began using both verbal and physical force to push us out of the venue. He refused to allow us to finish our conversation with management and escalated the situation further in front of the management team, who offered no assistance and merely watched.

Shortly after, we were escorted out, and when the incident was reported to the police, security guard David followed me off the premises and onto the sidewalk, where he pepper-sprayed me for no apparent reason on public property.

In addition to this appalling treatment, the venue is overpriced, the ambiance was subpar, and the customer service was extremely lacking. The security staff were hostile, and the management failed to address the situation appropriately. I would strongly advise against visiting this place. You risk overpaying for drinks, enduring poor service, and potentially facing mistreatment.

Names of the security guards may be inaccurate, as they provided conflicting information, but the overall experience was undeniably negative.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I have been to this place a handful of times over the years. I go on Wednesdays (drag night) I was there last night at 9:30 pm celebrating a friend's birthday. (who is a regular there) The night started well we got a table and ordered multiple drinks and ordered buckets of beer as well. Around 11:45 pm a young man and woman (21-23 years old) came over to our table and told us they wanted it. We explained that we had that table for hours and it was not reserved for them. The woman proceeded to tell us she was the owner's daughter and it was her birthday so we had to move. Her male friend sat next to our friend and started elbowing/nudging her to scoot over. Another one of our friends saw he was getting physical with her and stood up they both started yelling at each other. Our group got escorted out and was asked not to return for the night. We didn't see how that was fair so we asked to speak to management. Management happen to be the owner's other daughter. (birthday girl's sister) They asked us to leave even tho we had buckets of unopened beer and would not order us a refund. The other group that started the physical altercation was not asked to leave and got our table and beer. They told us they will ask the other group to leave as well. That was a lie they let them stay all night. This is very unprofessional and this establishment should be ashamed of how they treat good loyal paying customers.

I was really excited to try this place out, it seemed like a really cool concept! We were first asked to change tables because the one we sat at was dirty (the guy had a rag in his hand) but no big deal we moved. It took about 20 minutes before our drink order was taken, and then we ordered apps. They delivered them, and then tried delivering the same apps like 7 other times and we had to keep telling them they were delivering to the wrong table. At one time the waiter set down an app and then took it away when another waiter told him it was at the wrong table. We ordered another round of drinks and they brought the wrong drink and didn’t notice it until I mentioned it. The wait time was horrible and we had a horrible experience which lead to no tip. I walk back in to get something off of the table and the entire staff are talking about the fact we left no tip in front of the other customers.
