Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Visalia

July 27, 2014-Drive thru Window Bad Experience I ordered two Bacon Swiss Crispy Sandwiches on sesame seed bun one no tomato. I had two coupons for the Bacon Swiss to receive a free small drink and fries. When I arrived home I had one Bacon Swiss no tomato and a Crispy Chicken Fillet. I called and spoke to the server Carlyn she argued with me and said I order two Crispy Chickens. She was trying to say I got a deal because she did not charge me for the Bacon Swiss. I was charged for two Crispy Chickens. If i didn't order a Bacon Swiss why did she give me one with no tomato? My order was not displayed on the screen. I had to pull forward for my total and SHE DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT. I asked her why she did not give me a receipt and she said she was too busy. She handed me my credit card back but was too busy to include my receipt! Then she said "if you bring the food back I will make it right for you." First of all I just got home from there. Why would I drive back. She offered on free Bacon Swiss for another time. She wasted my valuable time and her service is unacceptable. Customer service is the key to doing good business. Carl's Jr obviously needs to advise their managers to train their servers not to dispute what the customer says. Rule #1 " The customer is...

I can't say enough good things about my local Carl's Jr. on Chinowth in Visalia, CA. The staff here is always polite, attentive, and responsive to my requests and orders. Whether I’m ordering my usual chicken strips and fries or trying something new, they’ve never made a single mistake on my order—consistency like that is hard to find!

I strongly suggets eating here, its in a great location right next to most of the hotels in town if your traveling. Great experience overall, I pulled into the drive through at 330 am Saturday morning, to my suprise they were open, the service was great I was having a hard time trying to figure out what i wanted the cashier at the drive through was able to help me along the way, she suggested the waffle fries which ended up being spectacular hot and fresh I got the double western which was really good a nice big burger also freshly prepared. On top of that my wait time was really short I was in and out quick. It was nice having another place to eat at that time, here in visalia options...
