Racism, rude and unhelpful ! Went today like i do OFTEN with my children and as i got to the salad bar this women starts practically yelling at me Asking if I have a plate, showed her my plate.., Then proceeds to say that I cannot get food out of the salad bar without a wristband and I stated I was sorry I didn’t know that because there’s no signs nor has anyone mentioned that when I would get food from the salad bar each time I would come… Looked at me in the eyes and very loudly and rudeee says “well you need to give me that plate back right now! “ practically almost grabbed it out of my hands and as im Trying to process everything because how rude she was i went back and told her to give me my darn plate that she had taken away considering I didn’t have a plate anymore for my food. Eventually my significant other ended up noticing ,purchased the rist band and asked to speak with the manager over the rude service. The manager was even rude to, acting hostile with multiplesarcastic remarks. Eventually mid convo realized we didn’t want to be there after the horrible interaction & vibes killed expected our refund and it was received! Really i just don’t know if it was the fact that we were probably one of out of the few of Color families that were there Or maybe that the women their was just THAT miserable with her life so she decided to lash out on me and thats what put the thiught in her mind to be so disrespectful to my family and i but as i stated to the manager over her employees nasttyy, rude and hostile attitude towards A CUSTOMER,it simply wasn’t over the wristband it was over the APPROACH and rude behavior. Btw its the light skin Vieja with the glasses and blond hair thats their on tusdays ! Please do better Chuck E. Cheese my children love it there. now you lost a customer & I can only imagine how many others you’ve lost because of these type of ppl...
Read moreThis is a very difficult place to rate due to adults rating and kids not being able to rate 😉. Overall I would give 3.5 stars, but no half star available. There was 3 parties going on (set up available for 5, but would be way overcrowded), and the kids were having a great time 😀. As per other recent reviews, the structure to get prizes for the kids (especially 8 and under) really needs to be adjusted as far to many tickets are required for anything worth getting 🤣🤣. But again, the kids had a great time interacting with "Chuck E Cheese" mascot and staff! Plenty of games, play area, trampolines and they really enjoyed the money/ticket grab in the air machine, hahaha 😅. The only downside is the food is pretty bad (pizza) for the price, saw alot of adults buying the salad bar. Thinking Chuck E Cheese could do a group special on the salad bar and forego the pizza!? 🤔. Again, overall it was a good option and the kids were having a blast 😃😁. For a almost no mess, clean up and allowed to bring your own desert and party items I definitely recommend the experience 👍😊. Only other mentionable is the first group of parties were from 10am-12pm and Chuck E Cheese didn't open until 10am, so a little time was lost waiting for the swipe cards, party setup and ordering of food (would be better if they could open about 15 minutes earlier). Thanks...
Read moreFood tasted the same throughout the years... So at least that same mid taste lasted. I could barely find any employees, but when one did come out and I let him know about a machine that stopped working, he was well attentive. However; we got ripped off of our tickets when playing the crane game. The new system is garbage, gone are coin tokens, and here comes the "daddy's card" simulation crap. You don't know what points you get, and when a game does tell you, you get ripped off again. Apparently, 1000 points means 10 tickets because little kids are going to know how to do decimals. The man was nice enough to give us more tokens due to the inconvenience of the machine breaking down. I mean, it was a fun time since we were there to celebrate a friend's 5 year old's birthday, but the whole time, there are screens vying for your child's attention, gone are the fun animatronics of the characters. The dance floor was pretty cool, but it is also a screen. Kids would run up to the screen wall where the animatronics used to be. I am not just speaking from a 33 year old's nostalgia. I am concerned for this generation. It is bad enough that my generation messed them up after the social media boom (not my fault, thankfully) why haven't people learned by now THAT KIDS SHOULD BE KIDS, STOP MAKING THEM INTO LITTTLE ADULTS!!! You're all...
