Popeyes is one of the best chickens around. Number 7 is all I get. 5 piece tenders, biscuit and a side dish I always get fries. U can ask for regular or spicy. I'm not a spicy person so level I think Is spicy is hot cheetos. So the spicy chicken would be less than that. Although I gave some to my niece and nephew they said it was spicy. One is 6 other is 9. At first when I tried popeyes spicy it had a slight spicy. Now I cant taste it. But with blacken ranch it gives the tenders a whole level of spice and lots of flavor. I tried other filling sauces and blacken ranch beats all. Blacken ranch is not spicy it's just flavorful

I been coming here for years and not often but I asked for blacken tenders and when I touched the chicken it felt like it's still rubber so when I tried to pull it apart it was tough. I have to give it some force and I don't like my chicken rubbery. I mentioned to the counter and she said after explaining I couldn't get it as I touched it which is fine and I understand but couldn't she just take my tenders and give me new ones cooked a bit longer? That's what I asked for and she said I can't give you anymore. Place is clean spicy chicken tenders are still good but not the blacken tenders. I got a small bit and it was slightly rubbery which I don't like.

A few minutes later I went back to get more blacken ranch and some Cajun sprinkle and the employee said sorry we made some more hoping it's better to your liking and still...

We went in after 1:00 pm. There was a line of about 10 people and there were a few cars in the drive thru. We waited about 15 minutes, there was only one order taken by the only clerk at the registers. He was much too busy doing "busy" work to wait on anyone. They seemed to only be serving the drive thru traffic, not the people actually in the restaurant. A man came in to pick up an online order, the clerk handed him the bag and two cups for his drinks. The man left the bag to get his drink cups filled. The manger came to the counter, forcefully grabbed the bag and threw it back in a warmer. As she was doing this she was yelling at the clerk that pick up orders are to stay in the warmer until the customer was there. She was rude and very unprofessional as everyone in the restaurant heard her completely uncalled for outburst. The customer was there, she didn't bother to ask, just yelled and walked away. At that point, we walked out. We don't frequent places that are run like that. You certainly lost our business and any respect we may have had when we walked in. If I could give it less than one...

I came here around 9:30pm. Which I understand is about 30 minutes before closing, but I already knew what i wanted, and always try to make it as quick and as easy as i can for the person taking my order. So first I tried to order a combo box off the menu, they told me they were out, so I tried to order a different combo, they responded again with they're out, so I asked for just a 3pc chicken tender combo with Cajun fries. Got to the window and handed the girl my card, she ran it and handed it back along with my drink, barely got my drink in the cup holder when she was holding my food out the window and once I grabbed it she walked away, without even a "Hi how are you" or a "thank you, have a good night" or anything. Then once I got home and opened the bag she didn't give me chicken tenders, she gave me a cold breast, a cold wing, and a cold drumstick and my fries were cold and soggy too. As I am thankful to have food to eat after a long day, I am a bit disappointed in (a) not getting the food I ordered, (b) getting cold/soggy food, and (c) having to experience such poor...
