Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Visalia

giving the bare minimum of food quantity. my husband and I orders online, but because I use to work for this company and the issues within the workers. Management purposely makes our order unenjoyable.😂. Penny or whoever ,Please check your workers in the kitchen if you guys do actually care about that, cause some employees are raised in the working place to be like management. If it’s not the food quantity it’s either something missing in our bag. 4 stars for the wonderful woman at the window who told me she wished more people would come through as happy as I was! Lol. I feel for her! Working a drive thru certainly doesn't get the cheery happy to be here types. You get the "GIVE ME MY STUFF!" Attitude. The food overall was "ok" what you would expect from Jack in the box, tastes alright going down but has a lasting impression of "whaaaaat did I just dooooi!" And then come the stomach cramps lol. 4 for service but I'd give it a 2 for overall product. The woman at the window was such a sweetheart and made my 5am experience wonderful! She even complimented me on my smile and even said "if only more customers would be as happy and smiling like you." I completely understand her on that one, from being in her shoes dealing with people it's never and easy task. I got the double jack with cheese, curly fries and a Coke.
