I am giving one star do to the fact that i had to wait more than an hour ,after my food was supposed to be ready. My uber-eats driver waited and had to go back after they told him it wasn't ready when he showed up on time. When he went back (after calling me) Marcus told him to look for it on the stand where they put the on-line orders and it wasn't there. Marcus told him oh someone probably took it? So again he had to wait in line for them to remake my order. When my food finally arrived, I called to ask what was going on, and if there was a manager who I could speak to. Marcus said they are really busy as it was lunch time he said, I told him yes I know I ordered my food over an hour when the app. said 30 minutes. He said he would reach out to his manager to see what they could do and call me back.....never got...

Read moreAwful! It's so upsetting to order food through a delivery app, pay all those fees and then the food sucks! I order the same sandwich at every Subway I ever go too. I ordered 2 turkey, bacon, avocado foot longs and they were so skimpy and soggy. They didn't even put on the avocado that I paid extra for. The bacon was cold and there was barely 2 slices on a foot long. The bacon has always been heated up, at every place I've been. It was basically a mayo, lettuce sandwich. So upsetting.
