When ordering at the drive thru and paying, we received splendid customer service. However at the pickup window when asked if we could move to the front, we politely declined as there were no other cars behind us and we’d only just pulled forward. The girl at the pickup window then rolled her eyes, commented “Whatever” and left the window then came back and told us someone else just pulled into the drive thru and asked us to move again. We then explained that we would like to wait in the drive thru, as it is hard to get out from the parking in the front and there still were no cars. She then left the window again and went to get her manager who would then asked again if we could move to the front of the store, we politely declined again and said we were not holding up any lines and would just like to wait for our food. The manager then said we HAD to move so they could get proper drive thru times, which we politely declined again as we just wanted to get our food and leave. The manager then she’d get a us a refund, when no refund was asked for, and proceeded to slam the pickup window closed. We received our food a minute later when the first girl came back and almost tossed the bag at us before a car pulled up behind us. We then asked for her and the managers name and only received the managers name, Maria. The girl refused to give us her name and no one was wearing name tags. HORRIBLE customer service, even after we wished her a happy day. We received no greeting, no polite smiles. We even checked our food too make sure nothing in our order was tampered or messed with as we felt unwelcomed and that they would purposefully ruin our food. And this all only took 3 minutes. We will not be returning to this McDonalds and will not be recommending...
Read moreThey gave me coffee with cream in it instead of black coffee then couldn't explain how they made the mistake when the receipt was only coffee but doesn't show whether you ordered black or with cream and or sugar. I realize as I was driving across town and went to eat one of my sandwiches, they were English McMuffins with only sausage and cheese, not the breakfast biscuit sandwiches with sausage egg and cheese I had ordered and actually had a conversation about with the employee who took my order at the counter. When I return to the store to try to talk to them about that additional mistake, all the manager did was try to offer to change my coffee and again could not explain how they made a mistake like that when the receipt at least showed Egg McMuffins even though they should have been biscuit not English muffins. I emailed the address shown on the yellow card behind the counter and an address from online showing the address of the franchise owner. It's been days and zero response to my email.
Why do they get 20 plus dollars an hour and still only have a 3.2 rating for something so streamlined and automated, how can they make such stupid mistakes and I mean stupid; then what useless or lack of response from the managers and...
Read moreOMG, so unfortunately I have to go to McDonald's alot more often than an adult really should due to have kids. And all too often there is something missing from the order, fries, the happy meal toys, wrong beverage, so I had gotten used to checking my order, and of course I forgot to yesterday and ofcourse they forgot something, not noticed till I got home, when I called they said to just come back, so the next day I did for a refund, and they refused stating they would only give me the item. Well I dont eat mcgriddles at 5pm. When I asked for the receipt back I just said I'll come back another day. I then asked the manager Shannon if something could be written so I do feel like I'm think that the next time I come they dont think I'm trying to pull a fast one. I was then shouted at, "what do u expect me to write"? I was taken of guard by this person snapping off at me. I am not used to being talked to that way so It took everything not to break her down, she turned her back and the nice fellow taking my order gave me the complaint numbers.
