I never take the time out of my day to write a review Of a place even when receiving horrible service. But today me and my family went to your location on Houston ave around 7pm 7/5/20 The lady that attended us gave us horrible Customer service. She was really rude when taking our order. She yelled out that we couldn’t be there after paying because she can only have certain amount of customers due to covid-19 witch we totally understand but the way she said it was very rude and so unprofessional. She seemed to get frustrated and irritated the more things we ordered. I ordered tostitos with cheese and she put jalapeños on there witch I didn’t ask for and i told her i i didn’t ask for jalapeños and she said that she couldn’t change them because thats how they go i mean why would i want to eat something i don't like. I've been to this location multiple times, hoping to get a raspado, only to be met with the most confusing and ridiculous excuses as to why they aren’t making them. One time it's “out of season,” another time it's some other vague reason that makes no sense. A raspado is literally just shaved ice with flavored syrup—how can that possibly be out of season?? Maybe if they were talking about certain fruit toppings, I’d understand, but the basic raspado itself is made with ice and syrup, which are available all year. Other places in town have no problem making them year-round, so what’s the excuse here? It’s frustrating and disappointing to keep coming back only to be turned away for no real reason. My family and I just went to the new location off of Houston and I have to say the girl working there is extremely RUDE!! She has no customer service, acted as if she didn’t speak English until I said she was “very rude” to my husband then she started to speak English! While taking down our order she kept tapping her white board with a marker very rudely, making us uncomfortable and pressured to place our order quickly!!
