Today march 20th 2021 we went to pollo loco , it seemed they have new employees, the cashier Rafael was having trouble with taking our order, the problem was the manager blanca had a nasty attitude she was loud and rolled her eyes when they asked her for help, Rafael seemed afraid to even ask her for assistance because everytime he asked she got angrier and angrier, as a general manager she should be patient and willing to help her new employees. The food was good but we did wait 35 minutes to make the order and receive our food, I believe new employees should have more help, the manager noticed the long line and got an attitude everytime someone asked for help, not only did she have an attitude with her employees bit with me the customer while I was asking about a coupon a wanted to redeem, I believe her customer service needs improvement. I will not visit this location ever again. My family eat their very often but after this bad experience they will no longer be customer of el pollo loco in visalia california on Mooney blvd. The general managers name is blanca, id fire her on the spot. The crew needs a better leader someone willing to help then and lead them into providing better...

When i saw an order on the counter for a while , i asked if it was my # the kid said no. 15 min later i asked again. And the same kid said yes it mine.
