Seriously the most poorly ran location I have ever been to. I went this past Tuesday around 5. They had us standing outside in the straight sun sweating while they let no customers in because they had to catch up with online orders. Even the online customers were told it would be 15-20 min wait. So do they not care about customers who prefer to order in store? After 40 min they began letting one person in at a time. Even when inside it took a while to get cookies while there was at least 15 employees working. One was at the register, one at the door and half of the other were just standing around looking lost. The assembly station was a complete disaster, messy and gross. The cookies looked all messy. The frosting was pretty melted, they threw tons of cinnamon on two of them and our butter cookie didn’t even have glaze. Horrible structure, organization, planning and customer service. I would rather drive across town after work (in Fresno) to buy them before I buy local again. It’s been weeks, how have you not gotten it...

Wow, just Wow. Seriously I don’t even think the cookies were worth the 50 minute wait They’re very short staffed, and the staff works so slow, and they’re always doing orders for people that are not even there yet, And all this causes the line to run super slow, fill up and have so much more people waiting. They had so many people waiting outside and only had like 2 cookies available, instead of letting the people inside and waiting outside in the heat know about this , they just let the people wait in line for so much time, literally wasting their time!! And staff never let’s them know until they get to the register. other people have Argued about this same thing the same day I was there. Their staff is really rude which is the type of staff that shouldn’t be working at places where you communicate with people. Nothing of this cookie place compares to the one in Hanford, I reccomend going over there, better, nicer, and more staff, less wait time, but the one here in Visalia I honestly Don’t reccomend.
