I had a pleasant experience visiting this store recently, and Parker did a great job taking my order and seemed very chill and nonchalant. Other staff were also friendly, it was not busy at all inside when I went. It seemed to be mostly mobile orders and the drive thru. I spoke with one of the managers Mackenzee who helped address some concerns I had after visiting another location, really appreciated that and the professionalism. This store was nice and clean, would be a good place to hang out and get work done.

As a side note, the person who designed the parking lot should have chosen a different career. Also quite a bit of vagrancy nearby, just something to be aware of, though it's more an issue near the AutoZone / bus stop. Otherwise a convenient location for when you're on-the-go...
Read moreThis is for the West Noble location., I love that this location is right behind my house and that the people are so lovely and friendly. But most of the time my order is wrong and they take for ever...im pretty sure they try and make the drinks so many at a time to get that many vehicles out of drive through at a time. But in reality that's taking longer because now after u made 3 drinks your 4th guy is ready at the window and his drinks not even started. Get what I'm saying. When taking a order the barista should be starting that order...they have headsets for this reason. And ontop this place is always short or people they have plenty crew at all the wrong times. Never there busy times. You would assume they would know there busy times and make sure to have enough coverage. I am a business woman you have to be ontop and ahead...
Read moreSo, I never write reviews..ever..but, this seriously calls for one. Let me assure you, I’m writing this review after multiple negative experiences. Essentially, I go, and I never know what I’m going to get. Is it going to be open? Is it going to be closed? Will I be able to order ahead? Will there be side door pickup/indoor pickup. I can deal with most of it, but when there’s no order ahead AND I can’t order at the counter, there’s no alternative than to wait in a long line of cars, and I WALK to Starbucks, so what’s the solution?
