My recent visit to Carl's Jr left me with quite an impression, and not in a good way. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the drive-through, where I had the pleasure of encountering a certain overweight gentleman If you're looking for a prime example of what not to do in a customer service role, look no further. His people skills (or lack thereof) were on full display as he took my order. It was as if he had a personal vendetta against good customer service. His gruff demeanor and complete lack of courtesy made me wonder if he'd somehow stumbled into the wrong career.
It's safe to say that he would be better suited to a profession that doesn't involve interacting with the public. Perhaps a solo job, like toilet cleaning, where his apparent disdain for people wouldn't be a hindrance.

Read moreI have been to this location before and I have never had a bad experience before but this time it was unbelievable. We sat down to wait for our food because we where dining in and after a while we noticed they still had not served our food, luckily I wasn't that hungry, my husband went to ask what had happen to our order and they hadn't even noticed it had been 18 minutes. The person at the register ask the cook and they all started blaming each other and it was a big fight within the kitchen. If they cannot get there act together how are they suppose to give great service?? Finally after we had been waiting for 25 minutes we got our food. Oh and I noticed an alarm that had been going on for about 25 minutes and it shut off once we got our food, in the kitchen they didn't even notice that it mean YOU GUYS HAVE GONE WAY PASS THE TIME OF SERVING THE FOOD!!!
