I went into the shop with my son after already looking online for their prices. I never saw a kids haircut/fade price which most other barber shops I’ve been to have listed and are usually for $20-$25. Figured it would be posted in the store but unfortunately it wasn’t. I waited at least 30 minutes for our turn and was told only when I asked after my son was already in the chair that they charge $52 for a kids haircut (which is incredibly overpriced for the exact same cut and skill level involved at other barber shops we have been to in North County). We went through with the haircut because I honestly didn’t want to have wasted my time. I just wish two things would be different: First, that they post their haircut price for kids is the same price as adults, and second, that if they don’t post the price of a kids haircut anywhere that they at least ask people walking into the shop what they’re there for and explain the pricing before the client waits if it isn’t listed. I’m sure that shouldn’t be interrupting their work as the barbers conversed and joked around often not just with their clients but others hanging out in the shop. As a single mom in an already tough economy, I personally cannot afford to go back and pay $52 plus a tip for a normal fade for my son. Make sure you know the prices first which I suppose means you have to ask to get that information which is...
Read moreMan I hate to do this because I don't knock anybody's hustle...as long as it's legit! I'll be fair, but I'm going to be honest. Then guys running a slaughter house. I just wanted a descent cut before I had to fly out of town. I got in Noel's chair not knowing his skill level but wanting to give him a chance, and that dude straight Texas Chainsaw Massacred me. My lining looked like a U-Turn. The blend on my haircut wasn't even a blend, it was more like a 000' straight to a #2 guard. Completely sabotaged my beard and didn't even line up the inside of my chin. Man there was so much wrong with this cut, I thought I was being pranked. And they they had the audacity to charge me $70 something dollars for this cut when all he really did was played in my head. I'll make this the last thing. I said in the beginning that I was fair..and normally I am. But the fact that this man gave me the mirror towards the end and asked me what I thought about it, I told him that he still has a long way to go. But he was like " Really?!!". As if I was telling him something wrong! Boy they need to...
Read moreVery disappointed in the haircut my son received right before his homecoming dance on Saturday. This was a last minute Decision to come to this barbershop but thought we’d give it a try since my son really needed a cut for his event. When he got into the barber chair my son specifically said he didn’t want a comb cover just a low fade. The barber did not listen to anything my son requested and gave him a medium skin fade with a combover. The fade isn’t even blended at all. Seems like the barber that didn’t even mention his name was still in barber school or still learning …? I’m very upset that I spend $56 on this haircut, the price wouldn’t have been an issue if the cut was what we asked for and if it came out decent. I will not be returning to this shop it’s over price for...
