Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Vista

You know we're a regular visitor at Jack In The Box every morning in Fallbrook and you know we pick up the 24 burrito by itself and two hash browns and a large coffee every morning for the few mornings that we have been going lately and getting us very upset because our hash browns are cold I mean I love them when they're hot warm and crunchy not cold and Soggy like soggy I mean come on man if you guys want our business please and in our orders sometimes We'll order something and get something totally different and you know you don't want to go all the way back because you're already at home and you notice it so everybody be aware check your bags before you leave and check your purchase because they there's times there's both also been things that wasn't put in the back and you go back and they swear that it was okay but yeah you know what can you do but I am complaining about them hash browns and stuff in the morning or in our you know I would rather have Warren it's really rude to give us something like that when they know where frequent customers you can ask them in Fallbrook that works there early in the morning if there's a guy that orders hash browns coffee and you know they don't...

Got overcharged for two garden salads ! We ordered two garden salads with grilled chicken. We were charged an extra charge of $2.99 each for the grilled chicken. When we asked about the charge and showed the guy that we ordered from there should not be an extra charge for the chicken, it states right on the menu comes with grilled or crispy chicken. He didn’t listen to us and insisted there was an up charge for the grilled chicken. Nowhere does it state on the menu or on the internet ads there is an option for any up charges on the garden salad ! It shows $7.49 regardless if it’s grilled or crispy or southwest . He was being a stubborn old man, not listening to us whatsoever ! I will get my refund for that extra charge or not ever go back to that location, which by the way has always been the best one in the...

I'm pregnant and I have the BIGGEST Craving for the same order. One order of two tacos, 7 stuffed jalapenos and a large diet Dr pepper. I get BBQ sauce for the tacos (seriously so good, try it) and ranch for the jalapenos. I only go every other week since I'm pregnant and trying to not eat fast food all the time but this baby wants that order like all the time🤣 This Jack in the Box is always polite and quick. I've gone around lunch and they're faster than other Jack's I've been to. Their tacos aren't soggy, which some Jack's have a problem with. I go to this Jack because it's 20 min away from my house so my 1 year old gets an hour nap and I get a prego craving fix😂 Also the drive thru is large enough for my F250 to fit easily with no close calls....
