Subway — Restaurant in Vista

Very disappointed on the service from this subway location. The young man working at the 1461 N. Santa Fe ave. Vista location on Sunday 1/20/2019 around 730 pm, late shift, was so disrespectful !! Rude and just didn't care. He charged me for some cheese garlic bread and got nothing but a burnt nasty sub I paid extra for something I didn't receive and not even close to what subway describes the cheesey garlic bread. The young man raised is voice at my wife and specially over other customers. we specifically explain how we wanted the sub and is care for making it was poor below zero stars. The pictures will show the ultimate cheese garlic meat ball sub and i don't need to say no more it explains it self. Employees like the young man are the ones that make no effort to service their customers with a 100% satisfactory. And thats what make the hole business go down and for the poor service and unprofessional. We will stop going to that location.

Management needs to fix the lose ends before more customers stop going there and lose more money .

They charge you for a special item and give u a burnt careless bun for you to eat and showing they don't care by smirking after we pay. False advertisement. Not. Good...

(MUST READ) I was with my son to get him a subway he was very happy to go but he wanted to order is I went with him inside but he was ordering at the start everything seemed fine until the worker broke the bread and my son was concerned and I was not to mad and told my son it was probably a accident but now that I look back at it she was in a bad mood and then my son finished his order and at the register the worker was being very rude to my son then my son paid and she just ignored him after and went on to the next customer not saying anything and then my son paid with a 20 and it 12 and she only game my son 6 basically scamming my kid and when we got home the sandwich was very messed up because when she broke the bed and the sandwich was all over the place and never coming again watch who...

It took the worker over 20 minutes just to make a Italian blt without even knowing what goes on it. He didn’t even know how to properly cut the bread ,lay out the ingredients & how to even use the oven!!! He didn’t know how to wrap the sandwiches & to finish it off he gave me napkins all crumbled up in a fist form . I don’t know who is training them but this is definitely not up to subways expected standards on service. I should of just went to McDonalds & would’ve got my order well laid out. There was also a female who didn’t know either & refused to help while there was over 4 customers in line shaking their heads at what they were seeing first hand.
