Dogleg Brewing Company — Restaurant in Vista

My husband and I held our wedding reception here and it's the perfect venue if you're going the casual route. We got married in February, but delayed having a party/reception until April. The buyout price was very reasonable and the golf simulator comes with the buyout, so that was a massive selling point for us, as we're both golfers. The tasting room manager, Kelly, is absolutely the best to work with. She is the star of this show. She was so communicative, flexible, and made the planning process as painless as she possibly could by helping us with the wine selection, table arrangements, music set up (DJ Spotify for the win), photo booth and catering locations within the venue, decorative touches, and letting us run a slideshow of our wedding photos the entire night. I go to lots of breweries and this is one of my favorites in the area! The red ale is very good and I think the beers are unique and not boring. The flights are $8 and beers are $7 so it’s fun to get flights every time (some breweries make it more expensive). It’s fun how it’s golf themed so it’s different to go to compared to other breweries, and people bring their dogs! I’m not a huge fan of carbonation, and all their beers are very carbonated (none that are lower carbonation) so if you’re like me, keep that in mind. But obviously I’m joy going to lower the rating because their beer is carbonated! 5 stars. There are two other breweries within walking distance as well(haven’t been to those though, dog leg is fun). In 2021, I was challenged with finding a venue on short notice for our company holiday party. It was the first time for me doing this for the company, so I needed to find the perfect place. I was so thankful to find Dogleg Brewing, as it was the perfect place for our company holiday party. The executive team at my company was so pleased with Dogleg, that they wanted to have our 2022 party there again. For the 2nd year in a row, Kelly and the Dogleg team were the best hosts! They ensured everyone had a great time. Our employees enjoyed playing the simulated golf game throughout the night, and of course the drinks were great!
