The only reason they’re getting three stars instead of 1 is for the friendly staff. Oh and the food. I mean it’s not 5 star food but for dominoes it’s good. (Just being honest).
The reason it’s not five stars is for the manager at this location. I’m assuming she’s a manager. She’s a short little Spanish girl and every time I’m in that store she’s talking to her associates like they are animals. It makes me uncomfortable every time I’m in there. But I still go because I work right across the street. So if work wants pizza we get dominoes and I go to pick it up. I wouldn’t want to judge a person based on one interaction I’ve had with them… But I’m telling you every time I’m in there, she is there and she is either screaming at, ignoring, or talking down to her associates like they are trash. If any of these associates wanted to file a complaint with their corporate office for a hostile work environment, they definitely have me as a customer character witness
I get the impression that some of the associates’ first language is not English. That leads me to believe that maybe the language barrier has something to do with this little ball of fire’s frustration. However I am also a manager at my own job with Portuguese speaking associates, So I get the stresses of managing and I get the stresses of managing when there is a language barrier… But I would never talk to them the way she does to her’s. Read moreThe female manager was beyond rude!!!!!!! They made me wait both times I had to come into the store. The first time I came in there was a rep on the phone who stared at me and avoided eye contact. I waited about 7 minutes befor another young lady to came to the front to service me(claimed to be the store manager). Again no greeting. Just the rudest what’s the name. I gave her $100 bill. She said rudely no we do not accept anything over $20’s. I said well I told you I was paying in cash over the phone. Shouldn’t you remind your customers. She shrugged her shoulders. I then went to get change from a local store to come back to be ignored for another day p minutes to have to say excuse me to get assistance from the same young lady that claimed to be the store manager when I asked for a receipt to which I dryly received a it’s on the box. When asked if I could have the name of the store rep. She began to raise her voice that she doesn’t have to give me anyone’s name. She dropped my change in my hand. And I asked for the manager where she claimed she was the manager. And she received an aggressive 15 cent tip from me. This place is full of miserable people and the customer service is terrible. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my last two orders from here! This location used to be on point but clearly there must be new management, or they just stopped caring. The first order was correct however the wait time for one medium pizza and cinnamon bread was well over an hour. This was on a Monday. Okay I get it people get busy but it was when the driver Amber asked how my night was and when I asked how hers was her response was “it’s actually really nice, we’re not very busy and it’s a nice break from the previous days” I laugh it off and just go along. Well tonight I decided to order again. My order was placed at 9:39. Amber just so happens to be the one making and doing the quality checks for my order. In the order delivery notes I asked to please not forget my extra sauces that I paid 1.50 a piece for. At 10:05 my order was in the quality check section ready for delivery. My order did not leave for delivery until about 10:35. I received my order at 10:47. I walked inside and discovered but of course they forgot my sauce. I tried to call the store and ask for a refund. I was on hold for over 25 mins and could hear when they would pick it up and reput on hold over and over. I will be calling for a manager tomorrow for a refund since I was forced to...
