Horrible customer service experience!
Today, my company decided that because we have enjoyed ordering from TJ's Pizza and their food so much, that for the Christmas Holiday, that we would all order from them. We had a sizable purchase from TJ's and as we completed the order we were provided an estimate time for delivery and receipt. I can understand during the holidays that they were probably extremely busy, however, we did not receive our food within a timely fashion. Every time I would make an outreach to follow up to get an estimated time frame, it would delay by another 20 minutes.
Unfortunately, by the time we received our order, we were missing items from our original purchase. Again, because of how busy they were, I can understand and empathize that maybe because of how overwhelmed they were, that mistakes can happen. However, the reason why my colleagues and I will never order from TJ's again is when the delivery woman came back to "rectify" the situation and provide a refund for the order missing; the way this woman represented TJ's as her employer not only left me baffled but was completely unprofessional!
As a customer, I just wanted to vent to her about how disappointed we were about our order being messed up, but explain that we can understand that mistakes happen. As I was going to apologize and empathize with this woman and even wish her a Merry Christmas, her negative reaction left me flabbergasted. Her reaction was very condescending and defensive. I informed her that providing poor customer service could cause my colleagues and I to choose to order from somewhere else, since technically this woman is representing TJ's Pizza. Her response is why my colleagues and I will never order from this TJ"s ever again, "Oh well we have multiple customers so it's not really a big deal losing your service" then had the nerve to say, "Oh well it's your loss."
It's a shame that it had to come to that but I would prefer to go to an establishment that offers great food and great customer service. Not one...

Read moreCalled in our order for delivery. Was told 35-40 minutes. 75 minutes later very polite young man arrived with our delivery. Went inside and they prepared my sandwiches wrong. I called the store back and the young lady told me that she could either give me a refund or send out new food. I said just give me a credit. She then called me back and told me that I was wrong and what I had ordered was wrong and they are not offering me a credit or my food. Do not know who this young lady was. This was at 5 PM on Sunday afternoon. But I have never had a restaurant employee call me and tell me that I was wrong and what I ordered was wrong. Needless to say I will never be eating...
