I arrived at 5:00 PM and tried to go inside to order, door was locked. I sat in the drive through line for about 20 minutes before getting to the ordering speaker. Waited 3-4 minutes before someone asked for my order. Placed my order for 2+ meals and a small Frosty and when I got to the window I offered smaller bills to make things easier because of the long line of customers, the lady reacted like I kicked her dog. I made the mistake of not checking my order until after clearing the drive through window and it was only half complete. I called 2x, no answer, hoping to avoid getting back in a 20 minute line. After getting to the window the manager asked for my receipt, which i didn't receive. After repeating my order she said I only ordered one VALUE meal, at $20. I reluctantly paid an additional $10 for a second VALUE meal and asked for a receipt, not given. Out of the kindness of one of the window associate's hearts they offered a free cookie. Big deal! I waited for probably 45 minutes total for 2+ meals paid $30 with the first meal now cold and had the satisfaction of being offered a cookie. I understand manpower is probably low and those that are working probably suffer from low morale but Wendy's customers shouldn't be made to suffer as well. Mistakes happen and I'm all for forgiveness but there was absolutely no compassion for the aggravation, not to mention expense, I went through. It would have been quicker to go to a local diner and probably no more expensive. It's rare that I make complaints here but this is my third unsatisfactory visit to this Wendy's in recent weeks and I'm sorry to say my last. Read moreI had done a mobile order. I waited at the store for over 45 minutes in total. After seeing the person at the window they told me to pull up and wait for the food. 20 minutes later a gentleman comes out and says they don't have any salads. At this point my card has already been billed because of the fact that he selected my order. He told me I could come back the next day to get the food if I want to. Made no sense whatsoever. I said what about the rest of the order and he told me to place another order and then get back in line after I've already had been there at this point for almost 30 minutes. I place another mobile order and couldn't cancel the other order. I come through to get the food and I asked him about the refund for the other order. He called over what I assumed was a manager and she told me that I should call and dispute it with my credit card. I told her that they didn't have the items so why doesn't she just cancel it. She was making no sense whatsoever in what she was telling me. I get home with whatever food was available and they gave me the wrong burger and the fries were horrible, old and stale. This location usually does a good job. The inside of the store had already closed and there are at least five staff members that I could see inside. If they're helping one customer at a time because it's drive-thru only they should be able to get the orders right and there shouldn't be a huge wait. Read moreThe service was absolutely horrible. The staff all look like they're fresh out. Iykyk They're appearance and demeanor...so unprofessional. They seem like they were all high. The guy taking the order asked me multiple times my order but kept getting it wrong on the screen. Then there were long, awkward pauses. I kept saying hello. I get to the window a different employee came over and stuck a bag of food out the window. No greeting, nothing. I Saud you guys want to take the money. He and the order taker stood there going back and forth like they both were confused. it was rediculous. He asked me my order took my money handed me the correct food. We pulled off. 2 minutes down the road, I realized they didn't give us our drink. Get back in line it was as if he was sleeping on the job. So I pulled up to the window.
