McDonald's — Restaurant in Wabash

If this is the location on Markland and Hwy 931, I definitely had a bad experience. When I drove into the parking lot, there was approximately six vehicles in the drive through. All I wanted was a senior coffee so I thought I would go inside. I thought I was in luck, there was nobody waiting to order so I was helped immediately. Instead of getting my coffee, she took two more orders who walked in while I placed my order. OK, I can understand that logic and prioritization. However, the two orders after me were served their food and I still hadn't received my coffee. Finally, 8 minutes after I placed my order, I received my coffee. There was no explanation, no apology for having to wait so long. When I complained to a manager, her explanation was, "we're short staffed today." So i have went back after a few months in hopes this dysfunctional place has corrected there issues! To my surprise it got even worst! Pull in i start to order i get 1 of 2 meals ordered and then told to hold on then tells me the cost of the 1 out of 2 meals then clicks off mic and leaves us sit there. This is beyond lack of experience of a manger and a employee. If the employee cant handle a drive thru correctly then a manager should have never placed them there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is actually loosing money for the store and that is truly sad. This place has been a severe decline over the last cpl years and would be shocked if McDonalds or the owners address it. Why shop at a place that cares less about you or your family. I Wouldent go here...

The food is not what it used to be. The French fries are not made of potatoes. They are like a bastardized version of a French fry. It tastes like a paste of chemicals. The hamburger meat isn't the best. It had this flavor between chemical hamburger seasoning and bologna. The smell of the food was more like something that you would smell in the automotive chemical aisle than actual food. It smelled of grease and oil. It is hard to describe how your nose sends a warning signal of this is not natural to your brain and to retreat.
