We paused at the menu for 5 minutes. Waited behind a Mini van. No one ever said anything over the speaker so we pulled forward to the window. The guy told us we were supposed to order at the menú. We told him we waited there for several minutes. He then had the audacity to say that we didn’t and said we had to pull around and get back in line. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The product was amazing. The only reason I'm putting 5 stars is because I felt rushed. They have like 67 flavors (exaggerating, but not by much) and each one can have one of five specialty preparations. There are different sizes and different products and prices. The signage indicates that they want you to go fast. You really should because there's not much room for a line of cars. It's a bit daunting for someone who gets a sno-cone every 3 to 5 years. I love them. I should get them more often, but I forget.

The large isn't really that large, but there's plenty of syrup so no ice is uncovered. I hate getting to the bottom and...
