Whoever was taking Drive Through orders Tuesday the 24 of October at 9:30 am was absurdly very rude. Then at the pick up window the pickup window was just as rude, didn’t confirm my order and gave me the wrong drinks completely. Had to go back inside where I was nearly 2 minutes to be even remotely acknowledged. The same person who gave me the wrong drinks came over and said “what?” To which I tried to explain what happened, and all she did was just slide the correct drinks on the counter in my direction and left without a word.
Got back in my car, took a sip of my very basic Large Iced coffee with oat milk and vanilla. Which guess what? Was just plain place iced coffee. So one again I get out of my car to go inside only to discover the door is locked. So now very disappointed I go through the drive through and again the same rude person in drive through tries to hand me a drink without even saying a word to me. I think explain the situation and she says “we can’t do refunds. ” I said yes you can. So then the manager “which is the rude slow person taking drive through orders” explains to me that in order to do a refund I have to have my receipt (which I wasn’t given) and that I have to come inside. To which I replied with I wasn’t given a receipt and your front door is locked. She then raises her voice at me that I should come back tomorrow. Let’s see how would anyone believe me that I had this experience tomorrow and do anything about it? The manager then slams the door closed and walks away. At this time I’m furious so I put my car in park and just sit there. By this time the line is backing up which I hate to do, but I’m absolutely appalled at the situation here. Eventually she comes back to the window and tells me to move. I tell her that company policy according to her franchise states that I can receive a refund and I’m not moving. So then she has me pull to the second window and actually does issue the refund with the proper receipt of me getting my money back.
Long story short, don’t come here, don’t ever give this place your money. Lastly, every single person on the management team deserves to be fired. I will be calling into their franchise operations and contacting the...
Read moreThis place was just about the worst DD experience I have had...no one had a clue. Ordered large cold brew with sweet foam and a coffee cake muffin. Less part of the bad experience was the muffin was overcooked and dry. Next, the associate at the drive through handed me my coffee without the cold sweet foam. I asked where is the cold sweet foam and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I said there needs to be cold sweet foam and she closes the window slowly and definitely confused. She comes back a few minutes later with whip cream on the coffee and I said this was not cold foam and she argued. I ask to speak who is running the store and explained they situation. The team lead, manager or who ever came to the window, continued to argue with me that the whip cream they lazily put on to of the coffee was the cold foam...horrible management and control of your employees. I ordered the same coffee everyday and it always tasted extremely different, food was never cooked right or given the right item. But despite all that the worst part of this place is the customer service... the lady that typically runs the drive through is extremely slow, knowing people have to be at work in the morning, she is also extremely rude. She told me I didn't order anything online when I had the whole receipt of it infront of me and she argued with me about it and rolled her eyes at me. Drive through is the only thing every open, as the front door is usually locked, and usually takes 20 mins to get through even if there are 2 people in the line.
