We come here several times a month. Each time has always been great...until this Mothers Day. We got seated and it took a bit for our waitress to come over. It's mother's day we expected it to be busy. But we noticed our waitress has 3 tables. But she stayed by the drink machine across the room most of the time. We ordered our food and drinks. Well 2 of the 5 had no ice or lemons we asked for. No problem they are busy... She brings our 3 appetizers after we asked where they were since the other table ordered after us and a different waiter. She then rushed to get our bowls and plates, that she must have grabbed from the dishwasher that had not been ran...yes they were used dishes! After addressing the other waters about our issues, no manager was notified or was walking around asking how things are going. Our food came out, the changs spicey chicken was an odd color. Both plates of that we ordered. It tasted fine though. 2 of our lo mein noodles were just noodles..absolutely no vegetables, beef, or chicken like we ordered. I went to the kitchen this time to address my frustration. Still no manager was notified. Our waiter said she messed it up and put in another order. We thought the noodles would be out shortly...wrong. After 15 more minutes and now the majority of our food is gone the noodles came out. We asked for to go boxes for everything. She brings 2! We had 5 dishes of left overs, including the 2 noodles. I asked for 3 more, she brings 2...I asked for 1 more... I ask for the check...she takes drinks to another table, I asked where the check is..her response "oh your ready for it". This girl should not be in this industry! I address my issues at the front, finally they get a manager. He tells me she is new and they are too busy to assist her. I told the young man that that is his job to assist her and make sure she is properly trained. He seemed surprised at my response. Yes, I understand it was busy..then put her assisting and training later in the week. It will be a while if we go back. At this point I am not sure the young manager understands the...
Read moreWe get there after evening rush, party of 7 out of like 12 people in the establishment, it takes an excessive amount of time to get our drinks, 2 people didn't get their drinks and another got an Asahi instead of a sweet black iced tea, no big deal we let them know. About 10 minutes later, the other 3 drinks finally arrive with only some of the appetizers. Others didn't ever come out. This really upset some of our party, who had just finished a 10 hour shift and just wanted a nice, easy place to enjoy our day. After one friend, who temporarily excused themselves to regain their composure (he was one of the people suffering from all the problems and was being polite the few times he tried to notify them of the hiccups), asks to speak to a manager, all the sudden we are just swamped with over-attention at the surmise of the meal, minus his food of course, despite just wanting a nice quiet peaceful meal. Portions were good, food was okay, the dragon roll was a nice spicy kick but was kind of drowning in the sauce and had a small little sliver of avocado. It also took 45 minutes. With now a majority of the store being just oir table. It was rodiculous. We ordered precisely and articulately, having known what we wanted within minutes of sitting. Lastly, 13-15 dollar bottles of sake being sold for 35 and 50 bucks is just terrible business practice and disrespectful to everyone's wallets. Look up their selection at your local store. These are 330ml bottles. There are plenty of nice 35-to-50-dollar-at-a-restaurant bottles and we'll above easily purchase able. It's like charging 35 bucks for a Heineken. Geikkekan was 7 for a carafe and didn't taste like vinegar, which was comforting at least. I don't live here and have nothing I want from this store or chain and will continue to go to other PF Changs, just...
Read moreWow worst PF Changs in the United States. The tables are disgusting and filthy and there are tons of fruit flies everywhere from the dirty drains as you’re trying to eat. You can tell they don’t wipe anything down or are just reusing dirty water to “clean.” The Orange Chicken I order all the time and have eaten in PF Changs literally hundreds of times before was doused in chili paste. I let my waitress know and the manager came over and lectured me about how PF Changs frequently changes its recipes and so therefore I somehow should have known that the Orange Chicken of today is hotter than all the other times I’ve ordered it and didn’t offer to do anything about it. Simply explained to me what I should have said at the time I ordered and gave me some nonsense about freshly made food. Newsflash: freshly made food is supposed to taste BETTER. Not worse. Plus how can a Chinese restaurant mess up Orange Chicken?! I’m sorry for expecting consistency from an international restaurant chain. The manager puts on a good show but unfortunately is poorly lacking in customer service skills at all. Probably was just promoted because nobody else will work this disgusting location 🤮. Will definitely never return and will make sure everyone I know knows of...
