Atmosphere: Upon entering the restaurant, the greenery was really welcoming and didn't conflict with the restaurant's logo. It looks like it shares property with another establishment, but the moment you turn into the restaurant area, you are immediately drawn into a great view with all the draping lights. The lights are a great aesthetic and immediately draws you in, if not the bar area with its chandelier type light fixtures. Surrounding the bar are alot of high tables with other seating arrangements, the art and decorations are captivating and definitely a sight to see.
Service: Service was great and immediately upon entering, we were greeted and notified if we had a reservation or not. Since I didn't reserve a spot and establishment was full we were given an opportunity to select from the bar or high tables. High tables are great touch but can't get cramped if more that 2 people. Highly recommend reserving a spot for a better spot and view of the restaurant. Gabby (our server) was beyond amazing, was always there before we could ask anything and when she was there, she offered assistance with anything that we had questions with. She was also great in communicating with us just seeing how our dining experience was.
Quality: After looking over the menu, a friend local to the area recommended the Ribeye Lasagna and was told I wouldn't be disappointed. She was not wrong at all, the dish had a great amount of flavor and portions was more than enough (food was almost past the brim of the dish). The sauce was ample enough for the dish but did not take away from all the other components of the dish.
Fili's Fave: If you are second guessing the Ribeye Lasagna, do your self a favor and just order the dish, you will not be disappointed. I look forward to trying more of the their dishes and for sure will be sure to reserve a...
Read moreI came into town for a short day trip and had to grab a bite to eat. Was unsure of what to get so decided to give Pignetti’s a try.
My dining experience at Pignetti’s was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, setting the stage for what turned out to be a culinary journey.
The menu boasted innovative dishes that piqued our curiosity, and we were delighted to try the lemon piccata waffles, lasagna rolls, chive oil potatoes, and the Pignetti’s omelette—all of which were expertly prepared and presented. Each dish showcased a perfect balance of flavors and textures, demonstrating a deep understanding of culinary craftsmanship.
What truly set this dining experience apart was the personal touch of the chef Angel. Not only did he and his team meticulously prepare each dish, but he also took the time to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. It's rare to find such dedication and passion in every aspect of a restaurant visit.
The lemon piccata waffles were a revelation, blending savory and citrusy notes in a way that delighted the palate. The lasagna rolls were a comforting indulgence, filled with rich flavors that left us wanting more. The chive oil potatoes were a perfect complement, offering a subtle herbaceousness that enhanced every bite. And the omelette was a masterclass in simplicity and execution, showcasing fresh ingredients cooked to perfection.
Service was impeccable throughout our meal, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs without intruding on our dining experience. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, making it the ideal setting for a memorable evening with friends.
Overall, My dining experience at Pignetti’s was nothing short of extraordinary. A massive thank you to the staff who...
Read moreI was here for a birthday party in the event room and decided to share this experience due to multiple issues.
We started the evening with grabbing some drinks at the bar and taking them back to the party table by which we were met by a server insisting that if we had any future drink orders to order them through her. So we continue on. After i had finished the flat yet cold on tap dos equis which was $6 for a pint i decided to order a coke. 1 hour of mingling goes by with my table and… no coke. Finally our server comes around and asks “omg did someone order a coke?” I advise her, “yes. However, never mind but id like to order some cocktails for my fiancee and her friend” i proceed to order a lemon drop and the Old Fashioned featured on that nights menu. 45 minutes go by….. and no cocktails. We finally receive said drinks with the old fashioned ice cube melted and the drink diluted from having sat too long and the server explains she and the bartender forgot. After a few minutes we are nearing the end of our party and she hands me a $26 check for 2 drinks that took over 25min. I explain to her this situation and she takes the bill and says she’ll take care of it calmly. I know its not entirely the servers fault however, this needs to be addressed in training as well as the storage, temp and rotation of the beer kegs to alleviate how flat it was. The food was okay. however, caused me and my friends to feel sickly the next day. Lemon Drop and espresso martini was awesome but the entire experience has driven me to believe that Pignetti’s is just an overpriced restaurant with much more to work on. Think before you dine here and end up expected to pay for...
