Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Waco

This particular Sonic for years now rises up and performs on a superior level far above other Sonic Stores here in the area. When you stop in for a visit at this location you get far more than you pay for. While their food is extremely good and freshly made as you order it, the service you receive here is quick and friendly. I always tip the carhops here because they are so friendly and exude happiness. They are extremely knowledgeable and eager to offer whatever assistance necessary. The management team at this Sonic location absolutely has to be nothing less than AWESOME to have such happy and eager to please employees! I feel that this Sonic has really gone above and beyond and has single handedly raised the bar for other Sonic locations. In addition to having what would appear as a Superior Management Team, and Happy go lucky and eager to please Employees this location has a drive thru for a quick in and out order, it is a rather large location and it's always neat in appearance and clean. Employees keep the trash picked up and their appearance neat and professional. They even have several employees who have been working there for several years and do not plan on leaving any time soon. Stop in for your favorite Sonic items today and enjoy every aspect of your visit. I doubt you will leave with feelings of anything less...

I am not a complainer but this is the 4th time this has happened a this Sonic and I am just disgusted that the service is ALWAYs a made up excuse. I come to this Sonic often for breakfast only and every time I come they are either not ready or prepared for breakfast or they are out of breakfast meat. I did not say anything previously but this is a repetition and it has happened to often. How do you advertise WE open at 6am and at 6:20am you do not have breakfast meat or your still preparing meats to begin breakfast. This makes no sense do not offer a customer a drink when they are prepared to spend there funds on breakfast. I am not a happy customer and this is horrible for customer morale. I am sure my money does not matter to Sonic but at the end of the day we are ALL consumers do not make excuses when you advertise your opened at 6am. If I could leave a negative star I would. Sonic has gotten very poor over last few years but this location is the worst one I think I have ever seen! Stopped in this afternoon to get a couple drinks. The speaker does not work correctly so not only can you not understand them but apparently they can not understand the customers either. I ordered my drinks and pulled forward to pay. Guy comes out with the incorrect drinks and blames me for ordering wrong. I tell him i will not accept the wrong one but by time realize it he already has my money. He will not refund the money even though i di not have the 2nd drink and when i say something about it he tells me we dont do refund when you order wrong!
