Worst customer service ever!!!! I have been using this Domino's for over 3 years almost weekly. The delivery drivers are always polite and awesome. But the management, specifically the assistant manager is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered a delivery to my home on March 13, 2024 and both pizzas were literally not cut at all, and one of them was not cooked thoroughly at all. Shouldn't be a big deal right? Just call the store let them know and they will make it right. Nope! Called the store the next day (by the time I sat down to eat my pizza it was late) and asked to speak with the manager. The man answered the call as if he hated his job and didn't want to deal with customers. When I explained to him why I was calling he instantly became defensive and started explaining to me that the ovens cook at the same temperature for all pizzas and blah blah blah. That's fine I told him, but I order the same pizza almost weekly and it has never been this under cooked or floppy. He instantly cuts me off and says in a very rude tone "I can give you a credit for the pizza but this really should've been called in last night". I'm not calling five days later I called the next business day at the time of them opening. When I asked him why he was being so rude he started getting very upset and eventually hung the phone up on me. And proceeded to answer the phone and hang up until finally answering and yelling into the phone to call back after 6:30 to talk to his manager. No customer service skills at all!! I was told by the girl at the front, who did her best to be helpful, 32 boneless wings is the most on a single order and I said I need at least that much so I was prepared to get a lot of wings. Of course I wanted some type of wing sauce on my wings and the hostess at the front said she would see what type of sauces they could put on the boneless wings. She was interrupted by either the manager or assistant manager that boneless is a flavor. I said what if I wanted them spicy or a different flavor and I was advised that I could get a couple of dipping sauces. I wanted to buy at least $50 worth of wings and have them covered in sauce but was stopped by the manager or assistant manager because according to Domino's boneless is a flavor. 🤦. I apologized to the hostess, who did her best, but left with nothing. Boneless chicken wings is not a flavor. I can spend $12 and get 5 lb of chicken nuggets from Walmart if I wanted that. We really like wings in our house but I don't think I would even attempt this...

She clearly had a bad night the app made a mistake and because the number I have on file “ did not ring “ that’s my fault. This was a simple mistake and no one’s fault but she was mad from the second I told her what I was calling in reference too. Like she’s had a bad night at work and takes it out on me someone who didn’t cuss , have an Attitude or say a single thing. Also a week ago I got Parmesan bread bites and this is what they sent me.. no sauce so many bites that it was all doughy not even fully cooked. If you think this is hooking a customer up you are wrong just give me what I paid for consistency.
