Arby's — Restaurant in Walcott

Just had dinner and the experience was less than satisfactory. The sandwich, while tasty was over prepared, and the fries were stale. What really upset me was the customer service. The clerk working the counter was very unprofessional, throwing food into the bag, and generally having a poor work attitude. My son and I just finished getting showers, ordered our food and drinks, and went to get our drinks. The same clerk who served our food had cleaned the sitting area and drink station, but neglected to place the nozzles back on the dispensers. When my son and I went to get our drinks, we both were showered with soda. We bright this to her attention, but received no apology. All of this happened around 10:15-10:30 pm. I realize this was close to closing time, but having a professional work ethic means you work professionally from the start of your shift, to the end...

We had been on the road for about 5 and a 1/2 hours at stop at the I80 truck stop Walcott ia. instead of going to the restaurant and eating we decided that we were going to go to arby's because they had their new menu with a new Turkey sandwiches When we pull to the drive-through they told us they had no onion buns no bacon I don't know if the store on the verge of closing down or what's going on but they had a very scarce menu that they could service Needless to say i reported the store to corporate hoping that they could do something to help this poor people out they have no food hardly to service their customers.. t sad day for arby's this is like the 3rd time now I pulled up to an arby's and there's been issues they're out of this are...

Shown is the buffalo chicken slider for $1.50. It's the size of a single boneless wing which should be no more then 80¢. It "slid" down my throat without me hardly noticing. Who found this crumb in the bottom of the bucket and put it on bread??Speaking of crumbs....there is no "curly" in these crisps. "We have the meats" they said, "it'll be fun" they said.
