Arby's — Restaurant in Walhalla

I filled out the questionnaire on the receipt asking to be contacted but no one has contacted me I go through the drive thru and ask about the hamburger I didn’t see it and they said it’s out there either on the right or left I said I don’t see it what comes on it they told me I asked hold the onions, well when I got my order the sandwich bun was covered in the sauce it was so soggy it was all over the wrapper, the onions were not left off I had already drove home I wasn’t driving back I am in the restaurant fast food business myself I know customers should get treated better than that The other sandwich was a beef n cheddar there was no cheese at all on the sandwich We were very disappointed especially since we love Arby’s and eat there at least 12...

Shame on the manager or owner for the lack of training you give to these children who work here. The evening shift have absolutely no respect for anyone, that falls on their parents I suppose. Back in the day 3 people could run that whole place, now it takes 10 walking zombie millennials with attitudes just to handle a Tuesday night. Although they think "they are all doing their best" their "best" is a total JOKE! When I order 2 milkshakes that cost Ten dollars, I want a milkshake, not chocolate milk. YOU DON'T MAKE A MILKSHAKE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE FOOD IS READY!!! Our future in service is very bleak. Sorry I have to even give one star. Since the actual Arby's website won't let me write a review I guess I will have to do it where I got the burger. ( Burger) Please just stick to the roast beef sandwich cause your burger was the worst I have ever had. It was more like a block of something. I don't think it was actually meat. It was hard and solid. I took two bits and then fed it to my dogs then they looked at me like I just punished them for something. Must be some of that lad meat I've been seeing across the internet.
