Hardee’s — Restaurant in Walhalla

I hate to leave such a low rating/review because I really like Hardee's, and I've eaten at this location for years... Like since the 90's. I've personally never had any bad experience with breakfast here, but have had numerous less than favorable experiences when it comes to "lunch/dinner" food items... like orders not being right or soft drinks being completely flat after going through the drive thru. I feel like it started getting somewhat expensive too so I stopped going as frequently. I might go once... twice a year, maybe? The final straw for me was a hot ham and cheese and chicken sandwich. I saw a commercial saying they were only $2.50, and I thought I'd give it a shot. Went through the drive thru, ordered them, and got home to see the saddest "sandwiches" I've ever seen (pictures also posted and you'll know them when you see them). I got in touch with Hardee's customer service because I wasn't going to drive back out thete. They requested pictures and I provied them the same pictures. All I got back was a "thank you for your input!" email... Nothing to fix the issue. Haven't...

Got a bacon and eggs biscuit on March 31st and there was a long black hair on it my hair is short it wasn't mine nobody in my family has hair that long I was already at work couldn't do anything about it I didn't call them because I didn't want them to think I was trying to get free food cause I have been through this before with Hardee's on not getting the order right or just simply not putting butter on a ordered butter biscuit that has happened a few times anyway we need them to be like that use to be they use to have the best biscuit in town not any more the biscuits even...

I ordered a #10 Monster Burger combo on 5/15/21. I watched the cook making my burger and he reached up and pulled his mask down with the glove he was making my sandwich with, took his other hand and looked like he was wiping his nose and lips with the other gloved hand. He put his mask back up and proceeded to put my cheese on my sandwich, box it up, and put it up front to serve to me. I got my money back immediately and let the two guys up front know what he did.
