Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Walkertown

Let me first start off saying that I think Ranch Dressing is second nastiest food creation in history. The nastiest was the alcoholic drink Zima. The problem with Zaxby's is that they revolve everything around Ranch. The problem with this particular location is no one knows how to read. The thing is, Zaxby's food is actually delicious. I usually use phone apps for all my food orders, as I want to get my food and go instead of having to wait. I love their traditional wings. The Nuclear and Barbecue sauces taste great. I always order my wings with no celery and either Nuclear or Barbecue sauces, plus additional sauce for dipping. But, every single order has always included celery and Ranch Dressing. I have ceased going through the drive-thru, but instead go inside so I can check my order. Last time the same thing happened again. I ordered Traditional Wings with Nuclear Sauce, plus an additional Nuclear Sauce for dipping and the option of no celery. I check the order which was Nuclear wings but with Ranch Dressing and celery. I spoke to the manager, who stated the ticket that is printed out does not indicate a no celery request. I looked at the ticket and the first line was "no celery". I then asked why do they always put Ranch in the order when I requested another sauce. No one had a answer. So, while the food is great, I advise checking your order before you leave. The customer service is horrible here. The employees always have attitudes. We went through the drive thru and spent over 40 dollars. They assured us our sauce was in the boxes and even got an attitude about it. We drive all the way home and there was none. Drove all the way back to get what was promised in our boxes and was not and they got another attitude. It was honey mustard. They handed us 2 and said if we wanted anymore it would be 25 cents a piece. We had to spend our gas and time going back for their mistake and they still wanted to charge us. We walked away with 2 honey mustards and attitude. The food was not fresh to begin with. We always spend close to 50 dollars. We now have vowed not to go back. We drive further and go to Kernersville to Chic FIL a for great food and service. This Zaxbys will never get our money again. There were many times we had problems with attitudes and cold food. Zaxby's has gone down in so many different areas, so I am left asking myself, "Where do I start?". Management for this specific location has got to step up their game. The service is so bad, I have to bypass the employee exhibiting bad training, that I have to call out the manager. Things I have noticed, that the employees seem to be oblivious to are the lack of drink selections in the massive drink machine, trash running over and onto the floor, table tops not being cleaned, not being greeted when coming up to order, group discussions taking place while customers wait to be served, ATTITUDES, slow service and then getting the order wrong. This is definitely a management issue. I am taking this place out of my rotation. It is not worth the hassle. I gave 2 stars, because it has the potential to do better. Only time will...
