Nostalgia at its finest!

I remember growing up in Howell, and they had a Dolly's off of Grand River in Brighton, MI. My father was an engineer at GM so he would come from that direction. I remember when they first opened how excited he was to try that new pizza place. He had bought a classic pizza and a vegetarian pizza with ham on half. Ever since then, this was our Pizza Monday. I remember how sad he was seeing them close (this had to be 15+ years ago). I rediscovered them about a year ago and now I drive out there twice a year to pick up pizza and bring some home to my family. I want this tradition to continue. I also share some with my dad, and his face still lights up and he talks about how good their pizza still is. I think we both keep hoping they will reopen another location out here.

Their pizza is honestly the best pizza in lower Michigan. Everyone is super friendly, the pizza is baked to perfection, everything is simple and fresh. I also love the little Dolly Logo and the green boxes they use to come in.

The owner of this company should be very proud of their brand. I think his or her employees and managers do such an amazing job preserving the image and the quality of this company. If you're in town, I highly recommend you stop by for pizza! If you don't like a lot of cheese, make sure you ask for light cheese! I always forget when...

This is by far our favorite pizza place! We were looking for some good pizza when we moved to this area, and one day I came home from work and my fiancee had this deliciousness! Never turned back. Once or twice we ordered elsewhere and regretted it. I also have to say that the customer service is above and beyond at this restaurant. I had received a wrong order, and when I reached out to the store, Donavon went above and beyond to redeliver the pizza, and the delivery person wouldn't even accept my tip! In this day and age when, especially when people don't always appreciate GREAT customer service, it's so important to recognize those that go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Edit edit: Denied me service for my review. I wanted to try this place again after a year and see if anything changed. It didn't literally offered to change my review after my order, still told no. Real class act /s

"We're a small business 😥" that has awful service. I see why so many reviews here are centered around the owner.

Edit: I love this place, but they're now using doordash as their direct way to order online. That means I'm being upcharged through doordash for a pick up order when I'm not even using the doordash app.

I can understand staffing shortage, but I don't understand why you'd use a third party to take your orders rather then making your own website/portal...
