Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Walled Lake

They had a complete and utter fail Halloween afternoon/evening providing their customers with the most basic of service. So disappointing because we have been customers of this location in Walled Lake for 12+ years. We anticipated an extra wait (of course/it's Halloween!) so ordered off the app. Not only did we wait 2.5+ hours for just some cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza, at pick up we received the wrong order and it was cold. Rock hard crust, no pepperoni and no side sauce. They were so backed up & so understaffed. They had one register open with one teenager running the front, while the rest of the "crew" yelled at eachother regarding order confusion or stood around folding boxes. I almost wanted to jump behind the counter to help her cause it looked like she was going to cry. I'm empathetic of the staffing shortage but the manager could/should have taken control of the complete SH_T show his front lobby was or stopped taking orders for an hour, took the phone off the hook, assigned another staff member to help at the counter (a runner) - whatever it would have taken to provide his existing customers with some decent service. It's disheartening to have to find another pizza place but we will no longer give our money and business to this establishment. They obviously do not care about...

Im not sure why it is so difficult to get an order right. I understand people make mistakes but wow. Our order was delivered and it was wrong, so we accepted a credit so YOUR driver would not have to come back out. I go in today to use the credit (pick-up, again saving your store the hassle) and again my order was wrong. The man at the front was very short and rude. Now im on my third pizza and it is still wrong and not one apology for my time wasted. Had i not had such bad service after all the mistakes that were made i would have kept my mouth shut, however, i just wanted what i paid for in the first place. Cmon!

ordered today, paid for extra mushrooms and again they weren't on the pizza. driver forgot my pepsi. here we are an hour later and still no pepsi but had no problem driving away with my money.

I noticed the owner only comments on positive reviews here so im sure you read them all, get your store in order! sheesh!

6/7/22 Didnt put small...

Use to be one of the best pizza places in the area...use to be. Dont know what happened, but the quality has gone way down. The price of things has increased, and they skimp on the toppings, including the cheese. Ordered 4 calzones, hardly any meat on the steak/mush/cheese. Paid for extra items, 2 little slivers of g. pepper, NO bacon, and 3 jalapenos. Paid over 50 bucks, 60 with tip so you would think a good product. NOPE! DID I MENTION THEY CAME COLD and I had to microwave them. Sorry, but I will take my business elsewhere.

1-8-20 Gave this place another shot, it's been an hour and a half and no food yet. Called on my order and they said it's out for delivery...that was HALF AN HOUR AGO! Obviously they never made my order. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't have customers. This place has now lost me as a customer; I guarantee I will not be back. In a town with no less than 9 pizza places, you would think they would strive to be...
