I have gone into this store twice now once just to check it out and again to play some commander. The first time I went in to check it out and I was impressed by the amount of board games that they had. However I was immediately disappointed to learn that they do not carry any TCG singles and their prices were higher than usual. The second time I went in and was EVEN MORE disappointed to learn that to play commander with friends I have to pay $5. There is no prize, no anything. You're paying $5 to use tables if you're playing any TCG or if you brought your own board games. They try and justify this $5 charge by saying you have access to their board game library. Never have I ever in the 10+ years I have been playing games I have been charged to use a table or even a board game 🤣 If you want to play a ton of free board games check out RIW in Livonia at 5 mile and middlebelt. There was a mix-up with my order and the owner Alyssa went above and beyond to help rectify the issue and complete my order! I had been looking everywhere for the Alternate Art Edition of the 2025 Monster Manual and found a listing by Game and Company through Google. I placed the order and a few weeks later had gotten an email from Alyssa that at the same time I had placed the order they had sold their last copy of the book in store, but that she had been working hard to find a copy and complete my order! Considering how hard it was for me to find a copy, it was such a relief to know that she went above and beyond to find one. Many stores would have just refunded me and moved on, but instead I received amazing customer service and got my book at a great price.
